I will be honest I came here because the owner is Italian and then I learned he’s from Sicily. The experience was international. Everyone was in here and they worked together like a nice family. See photos. I didn’t tell him what I wanted. He read my mind. Crazy but true.

Had a fabulous experience at the Dimaggio Salon. Both my daughters and my hair were perfectly executed with such precision and grace. The color was carefully placed in my daughter's hair, giving her great dimension to her face. I did a single process color (violet red) and my had daughter got and a long layered haircut. Our hair was done quite fast. We left looking magnificent. Definitely a head turned. 10/10 recommend Dimaggio's salon.

My first here using a groupon and it was pleasantly honored! The owner John did my highlights which looked beautiful! He is very pleasant and welcoming. I loved the environment. I loved Ivette, who washed my hair, because she is so bubbly and energetic;great personality. They make you feel as if you've known each other for a while! I will definitely be going again and definitely worth the hour and half train ride home.

I went to Dimaggio Hair Salon for the 1st time in 2022..and John was fantastic. The color was a perfect match. He trimmed my bangs exactly as I requested. Everyone was friendly. This will be my new go to place...I've been back 4 times already and John is still great

John is great, I love my highlights, they look very natural and he hand painted my grey patch so all the colors looked seamless. I am very happy.

Incredible! Everyone was so friendly and they cut and styled bangs for me just like I showed in the reference picture. John even gave me styling tips for at home.

John did an excellent job on my highlights. He also suggested something that no one else did. He fixed the hair freeze that I had for decades. I dont know what he used, but it was quick and worked wonders! My hair hasn't looked so good in many years. With that said, be careful with who you trust your hair, even for a simple blow dry, because not everyone is as great at that salon, but I highly recommend John, the owner.

Really bad experience, I was expecting so much about this place, john was attending his phone all the time, not focus what he was doing, the highlights are orange, and too tiny, he was just not the right person for me I am feeling so sad because my hair don’t look how was I expecting, and now I have to go with someone else to make a good highlights

Worst hair cut experience ever.I would give to this place 0 but unfortunately thats not allowed.First of all , when I went into the salon the hairdresser named John did not even bother to look at my hair or ask what kind of cut I want .Without analyzing my hair he rushed me straight to wash my hair.Now the worst part is , I mentioned him that I want keep my long hair still long and told him that I dont want a drastically change , but he was so in rush that he literally chopped my hair and the whole process was in 15minutes done.This is crazy, if you dont have spots available so do not mess up with clients hair by chopping their hair according to your imagination.Horrible experience , the worst part is when he started to cut my hair , I knew from the first cut that the amount he started to cut was not what I wanted , and I told him not to keep cut because I have curly hair and at the end of the day it would look shorter .I do not recommend this place, if you want a professional haircut and and bot be rushed overall will never go there again.

I absolutely love the work that John does on my hair. I colored my hair for the first time with him and I was nervous but he did a wonderful job! Professional, knowledgeable and keeps up with the times. He works with me to treat my knotty hair when I’m at my wits end!
