If I could leave more stars I would. Dina did an amazing job on my hair. I love it so much!! I feel like a whole new person and I'm very thankful that I met them, and I will definitely be returning. I'll be recommending family and friends to this location.

Dina & Tifa have a wonderful hair salon!!! I’ve been getting my hair done with Dina for the past four years & it’s always amazing!!!! Always a great cut & color. Pricing is very fair as well. Also Dina & Tifa are both very friendly & always greet me with a big smile. And it’s so nice that they offer coffee & tea to their clients. I’m so happy I found this place!!!!

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Because of all the great reviews, I went here but I was shocked when I found out how rude these people were. Long story short, these people never answer their phones and are so difficult to contact. I booked an AVAILABLE appointment on their Facebook page - it was AVAILABLE and Dina even messaged me in response to my booking. So I go in, and she turns me down and doesn’t take me at all. Why? Because she didn’t personally confirm the appointment, even though she was messaging me via messenger knowing I was planning on coming that day. She then responds “you took a chance by coming” excuse me? You had an available appointment ON YOUR Facebook page that I BOOKED, how is that taking a “chance”? Despite that, I even responded back attempting to confirm (just in case) and she left me on read. These people are rude. Don’t count on them cutting your hair correctly when they don’t even know the basics of customer service or scheduling an appointment. If they don’t even care to answer something as simple as a phone call or a message (and I called many times so it wasn’t just one occasion) then don’t expect them to actually care about how they do your hair. Beware of the reviews, most are old and probably from friends/family members because what I read was nothing near what I experienced. Save your money and go to someone that will actually treat you like you are human.

This was my first time seeing Dina and it was an incredible experience. I am so happy with my new haircut and definitely going to start coming to her consistently. She did a great job and she's very friendly and professional. Thank you, Dina!

I had great experience at this salon. Dina did amazing job on my hair.I have gone to so many different places but no one could do something that i always wanted,best highlights and cut in layers,highly recommended!!

Dina is awesome , she worked in my son for hair cut and he is sooo happy. He said now every time we come to Chicago he wants Dina to cut his hair. So Dina you got yourself a new customer all the way from North Carolina 😊❤️ Very professional and friendly staff!!! Dina and Tifa are the BEST!!!

I LOVE MY HAIR! I recently went there for some more highlights in my hair and i got the results i was picturing in my head. Tifa is AMAZING at her job. She puts so much passion into every haircut she does. You can tell how much love she has for what she does. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome! Been looking for somebody to give me blonde hair for the longest but instead I always got thick highlights. Tifa gave me exactly what I asked for and was super sweet. Great ladies and I will definitely be coming back!
