The lady who did my nails was sweet however she is very inexperienced. I specifically told her that I wanted the acrylic to be laid thin but she made it bulky and told me she will file it down. The end result was bulky and the sides did not have polish. This is the second time I have been unpleased with the work done there. I had stopped going there because I never seem to get good results. However, my main nail shop didn’t have an opening and I was in a hurry so I ended up there. Well that will be my last time. The staff are very sweet though, however I want experienced nail techs who do great work

Horrible place will never go back. I went on a Sunday morning to get a manicure I told them I needed to remove the nails I had on and give me a new set I thought they would soak my nails off like other places do but they did not they removed them using another nail tip which made it very painful. They painted my nails left bubbles which made the paint look horrible.

I'm so mad. This is my first mani and pedi in Katy! The lady dug in my big toes until it hurt so much that I couldn't take it. And now my right big toe is infected. And it's only been a day since I got them done! Don't go here!!!!!

If it weren't for getting hurt 4 times during my pedicure as well as the intense burn after she put antiseptic on my nails, it would of been decent. My daughter waited an hour to get her nails done soaking them in a dish. They told her a few minutes and it ended up being an hour. I don't understand why quality and non injury isn't held up to a higher standard in salons these days

Treated me and my bestie to some manicures and I totally recommend this place! We both did shellac sets and they have lasted a long time. It is a clean and bright environment, the staff is friendly, and our nails came out amazing! Will be coming back again 😊

Absolutely love this place, the staff are so friendly! It was very relaxing! I’m obsessed with my nail color! It’s so pretty perfect for fall! They took time to really make the magnet bring out that metallic color! I have been to many in the area , and tried it out with my mother. This place was better then any in Katy hands down , gloss had staff that didn’t even talk to you . I love the friendly staff !

I was referred to this shop by the lady in the shop next door.I was told to use Diane and my nails look better than they do when I use my regular lady back home at Canyon Lake .I've been using her for 5+ years. I'll definitely be going back. Thank you Diane Paula

It was excellent from start to finish! They not only did my daughter's nails and toes but they did my granddaughters nails and toes to . They were professional and my us feel right at home. We well be back!

The staff was great! I didn't know I needed an appointment, but they asked to fit my two girls in for a quick paint ages 2 and 8. Will most definitely be taking my girls back often.

This was second time that I got my basic manicure and pedicure. It was good. So I decided to do eyebrows waxing service for the first and last time. The wax was too hot and the lady waxed to close to my hairline and took some hair off. That was painful. Then I had to tweeze what she didn't do. Normally waxing eyebrows then tweeze what you couldn't get with the wax. So beware!
