I made an appointment for a vibrant color & haircut. I was excited, always patient and amenable. I don't know why my hairdresser treated me as she did. We had a chat early on in my appointment about parking & Septa which included her finding out where I live. And after, she didn't say much to me. My bleach was left on so long it burned my forehead at the hairline (in 15+yrs of bleaching my hair in salons and at home, I've never had a burn). Though my color was a simple all-over application, when washing it out she missed spots and I had to sit in the wash chair as it absorbed. What should have been a 3 hr appointment took over 6hrs. I sat, increasingly lightheaded, sipping water from 9-4 (even as the staff ordered food and smoothies - I didnt know I'd be there so long and it felt too forward to add to the order, but the hairdresser knew how long I'd be there). I was quoted around $250, they said it depends on how long the hair is. My chin length bob of fine hair cost 325$. The hairdresser and assistant were whispering at checkout as the hairdresser was saying the cost was because of all the rinses (which were also excessive compared to normal). But I was just happy to have my hair cut and colored finally so I left a huge tip because I m about good energy and went on my way. I get home and begin scrubbing the dye off my hairline and found my hair cut was completely lopsided - appearently I was too exhausted at the end of the appointment to ask for a mirror to see the back of my head, since one was not offered like normal. At checkout, the assistant had run my card and said I was all set, I had to inquire about tipping. This now makes me think the hairdresser knew she was actively ignoring me and doing a piss poor job and so didn't expect me to leave anything. Or maybe she didn't think I would leave a tip from the start because I live in a "rough" area. I had to go to Supercuts the next day to get my hair fixed. I wish I never tried this salon. There are plenty of other places to get what was a basic cut and a simple bright color dye without spending over 7 hrs, two days and 500$+. And there are plenty of other salons that employ individuals that aren't shitty to new clients for no reason. The vibes were off at the beginning when she was annoyed I didn't bring a "photo for inspo" but I forgave the attitude thinking it's early on a Saturday. But then bleach goes on and there's nothing I felt I could do but be positive... This was an exhausting experience you should skip. Book somewhere else.

I got my hair washed, cut, and blow dried for $50. I have long, wavy, fine hair with layers and face framing. Dolores did an amazing job!! She was very nice and always asked about how the cut was going so far, what I thought about how she was styling it. She even curled it a little and gave great feedback on what would look good. 10/10! I will be back and I'm letting my friends know where to go!

I was so happy when I finally found a good nail tech like Rachel! She takes her time understanding what I want/taking into consideration my inspo pics. Her talent and dedication towards making sure her clients are happy is incredible!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Rachel for a long time now and I’m so amazed everytime I leave! Rachel has an eye for creativity and art. She does the coolest hand painted designs for me, every set is completely customized to what I like. I’ll never go anywhere else!!

I hate getting my hair done. I met Rachael today and it was amazing! She actually listened (which is refreshing for me!!) + did a great job explaining everything as she was going. It was honestly the first time a hair stylist offered to keep up with me and my hair, too, which was nice. Also gave good hair care tips :) Will definitely be going back

I get a double process, platinum blonde which can be super tricky and expensive. Kayla rocks it every time. Its a super comfortable, laid back atmosphere but still cute & professional. All the girls are great, but I always go to Kayla and SHE IS THAT GIRL!

Went here today for a haircut, treatment and blow dry and LOVED it. Kaitlin is soooo good, patient and detail oriented. I was late by almost half hour she still took me in, and was very kind and understanding. The place has a warm and homey feel, people are kind and nice to talk to, plus the service I received felt top notch ( when I paid Groupon price). 100% RECOMMENDED AND again Kaitlin is the best 👌🏼

I saw Kayla yesterday and had the best hair experience. Not only was she determined to get the exact color I wanted, she didn’t mind going back over my color a few times to get my desired look. All of the girls were friendly and kept me comfortable and entertained during my visit. Then Kayla finished with a perfect haircut and offered to style it as well. She made sure to let me know the best way to maintain my new do and sent me off ensuring I would be a repeat customer. And this was all for a very reasonable price. I could not recommend the ladies at Di’s Color Crazy any more. They will not disappoint you.

Awesome! Kate took me from a messed up Ombre with blond hair breaking off to a healthy black/blue combo! Took 4 hours and $220 later but it was worth it.

Best salon I’ve been too!! Can’t say enough good things about Krista and this salon. She takes the time to listen to exactly what hair color/ cut you want and is super detailed! Beautiful color every time and she makes sure that you are happy with your color. Salon is clean and professional and definitely covid compliant! Can’t give enough stars ⭐️

By far the best salon I've ever been to. Diane is extremely talented. She listens to your requests thoughtfully and makes recommendations. If you see her you're guaranteed a flawless look and a confidence boost. I live in Boston now and drove the 6 hours to see her for my wedding hair dye job. I wouldn't trust anyone else. One of the best salons I’ve ever been to! I’ve gotten a few hair cuts so far and it’s evident that the staff knows what they’re doing! They are kind, welcoming and warm. They really listen to the client and gave me exactly what I ask for. I’m excited to get a dye sometime in the future. The salon itself has a cute asthetic and on top of that the prices are extremely reasonable for the philly area. I will keep returning here!

This is my first experience with a salon and getting my hair done professionally and I will only go there now..I love the lady's there they are so talented and friendly..always a good atmosphere always good conversation and I love the way I look everytime i leave!
