I always come here for the same oil every month! I buy them at one-time. They are always in stock & have good quality. This time I can tell the smell was off! I wear it all the time. My fault I didn't smell it first. Because I get the same & never had an issue! So I'm pissed I had to spend my money & be forced to buy oils I don't wear! I don't have money to waste. I know they have plenty other customers. But I will never be back. They are not close to me but I drive there just for that! What a waste!

So came up here on the1st of September just to see that they are closed til the 5th. Smh y'all need to update your hours on Google in cases like this so people won't waste their time coming up here. Have me waste money on Lyft for no reason. Thanks š

The store is okay, but they donāt offer much when it comes to natural hair care products. Also, donāt take recommendations from the Korean women that work in this shop. They have no knowledge about the products they sell and will recommend products that are expensive but of low quality. One of the Korean women recommend this hair and said it was high quality. But this hair is not good quality. It tangles easily and sheds a lot. When I tried to exchange they said they could not due to the package being open.

I absolutely love this place they are friendly and passionate about what they do. I have been getting my hair done by Felicia for years . Ava have done my lashes and browns many times. The only place I shop hands downs.

I like this store a lot but when you buy something that says universal and it doesn't fit why can't you try to work with the customer? Did you open it? Yes, how else would I know if it would fit?

I drive a good distance to get what I want from here. Ava is the absolute best at what she does. I think they are pricey but you can find unique items. The store is clean and spacious. Big variety of wigs, weaves and all things girls require to complete the look they're after. Friendly staff

I have never ever had a complaint a day in my life. Every single time I came here it was always a super super warm welcome. Whenever I called to get my lashes done or my contour is he always do a dynamic job. My lashes last at least 3 weeks. They are so on point with everything and they make sure you are 200% satisfied before you walk out the door. I have went to several and canāt no one beat Diva Beauty. #1 on my list.

I love the customer service Iām in there all the time and the main thing I like about them they remember their customers and know them by name this is the only hair store I go to in Greenvilleā¦they will even get the hair that I recommend any products I need they have!!! And I canāt forget they love my son they hold him while I get what I need every time!!

I visit this store at least once a week. The owner Shanna is extremely helpful, patient, and kind. The customer service is really exceptional. Shanna goes out of her way to help you find exactly what you need and want. The prices are very reasonable and they have a large selection of products and also offer services you wouldnāt find at another beauty supply store. The store is very clean and organized in a way that makes sense and isnāt overwhelming. I will be a forever customer at this store! I would highly recommend this location for all of your beauty essentials!ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

This is my favorite place to get my lashes and brows done by far. I have been going here for about 4 years. Ava does an amazing job every time. I always get complimented and feel beautiful leaving there. She is quick and professional. I can get lashes and brows in like 10 minutes and they accept walk ins during the week. Saturdays are very busy so you have to get there when they open to get on the waiting list. The store has everything I need and Shanna is willing to order it if they donāt have it.
