This is my favorite hair salon in San Francisco with a great location and high end ambiance. I received top notch service and I highly recommend Diva salon. What an incredible experience. I had a gorgeous Birthday haircut by Diva and highlights and style by TT. Wow stunning! Andrew has unremarkable ways to make me happy with this one of a kind hair salon. I felt taken care of and I can’t wait to book again. This place goes above and beyond.

Phoenix has been cutting my hair for a while now and is the best barber/stylist I know. She will not only analyze your hair and assess what works for your genes but she can work with you and your ideas if you want to try something new! I only know her for her male hair cuts but I would 100% recommend her for all cuts and styles as she is worth every penny.

This place is great!!! Phoenix was my stylist, and she did such an amazing job - I wish I took a picture of when I got my hair done with her, because it was this MAGNIFICENT shade of purple. Like royal purple. And when it washed out (because I unfortunately need to wash my hair every other day), the way the color shifted because of the product combination she used was amaaaaazing. I didn’t even have good products to use because I was traveling in Spain and staying in hostels, and the color stayed for much longer than I expected. Did I also mention she’s the first stylist who asked me, as a cis male, if I wanted to present more masculine or androgynous when she was cutting my hair? +10000000 refresher points, never have I been asked this in San Francisco. I literally just walked by this salon and something made me stop and go in. I didn’t have an appointment. I literally just walked in and asked if they had availability to do a blow out. I was visiting San Fran to spend time with my husband who was here for a conference. I wanted a blow out as today is my 36 yr anniversary and I wanted to feel and look good. Not only were the staff polite, professional and attentive…they went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. So random and yet I am SO grateful that I stopped in!!! Just go!!!

Diva is a very versatile, dedicated and passionated professional. I found her in SF and she's been my hair stylist for the last 12 years. She rescued my hair 😱🥳. She is wonderful! She represents Sebastian in different fashion shows so you need to book her in advance because she is very busy. Her team is great too. Great location in the Financial district of San Francisco near BART. Excellent service.🙌🙌💇‍♀️💇💇‍♂️

I am absolutely livid and deeply humiliated by the atrocious service I endured. My hair color was ruined not once, but twice, due to the unavailability of the requested artist. When I sought assurance about the expertise of the artist I was being assigned to for the third time, I was met with disdain and outright insult by the front desk staff. My intent was not to question Diva's competence—unbeknownst to me, the owner—but to ensure I wouldn't suffer another botched hair color. Yet, from the moment I stepped into the salon, I was misjudged and berated. The receptionist assumed I was there for a hair straightening service and, upon correcting him, I was subjected to another round of unwarranted hostility. His behavior escalated to making a racist comment, claiming he knew how to "deal with Indians." This experience culminated in utter disgrace when, after being verbally assaulted, I was abandoned by both Diva and the offensive front desk staff, leaving me in the hands of an assistant. Never in my life have I been subjected to such a degrading and racially charged attack. It was beyond humiliating.

I had one person cut my hair and another color my hair. Both were extremely knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. I felt comfortable letting them chose the best cuts and color for my hair and it worked perfectly. I will be going back for an updo in a week or so.

I was getting curls for a wedding and the stylist Alexia didn’t know how to curl with a curling iron. I was mortified. Luckily the senior Stylist TITI came to fix it for her. Hence my 3 star review otherwise it would be a 1. Don’t put out a stylist on the floor is they are not ready to take real clients. I don’t appreciate being practiced on before a wedding. I think this was a management problem as he booked too many clients in one day.

I had the honor of getting an exfoliate treatment by a salon that puts customer service first. The crew were courteous and helpful. The service was great, as was the conversations we had. I've never felt so pampered!
