LOVE this salon! I've been going routinely every 2-3 weeks for two years now and typically see Brian (or Ben if he is unavailable). I'm consistently treated with kindness and no matter what design I request it is executed perfectly. I'm always getting complimented on my nails and always recommend people visit this salon.

I had the absolute worst experience today. My nail tech did a horrible job on my nails. You can still see the color I had on before on several of my nails. The tip of the white doesn’t cover the entire nail from side to side on over half of my nails. He stabbed me with the cuticle cuter and made me bleed. He painted more of my finger tips white than the actual nail. The pink is salmon color. I told him pink. Never ever going back.He did one coat of each color. My nails are super rough from not being filed properly. He used tools that were used and not clean when doing the cuticles. He wiped it clean in front of me with the towel for my hands. $40 to have to go somewhere else to redo my nails. He put lotion on my wrists and not my hands. No cuticle oil used. It was just over all not a great experience.

Brian is a great nail artist, and he does the best nail designs. He aleays takes good care of his clients, and makes them feel like family. He always does an outstanding job whenever he does nails. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I’ve been going to Diva Nails for years now. Ellen, Brian, Ben & Rosa are the absolute best!! I’ve been seeing Ellen for at least 2 years, and she NEVER disappoints. Their Organic Manicure has gotten my nails longer than they have ever been. Highly recommend!!!

Ben has been doing my nails for several years. If he's unavailable, Ms. Rosa has several other staff who i trust to do my nails. Diva Nails is clean, inviting and has the best staff. I highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and avoid booking with Ellen. She completely ruined my manicure. Every time I tried to check the progress, she’d either tell me to put my hand under the light or take it away to do something else. The result was lumpy, and the almond shape was awful. My 10 year old could do better. My right ring finger was so messed up that when I asked her to fix it, she acted like it was a major inconvenience. I requested regular polish on my toes, and she practically refused. When it came time to pay, she didn’t even tell me the price just swiped my card and handed me the receipt. I would not recommend this place. I had to go straight to Bellas nail salon and had an amazing tech fix this mess. She felt embarrassed that a nail tech could do this bad of a job.

Don’t sleep on this nail salon - they are the BEST in Lexington! I have been coming here for more than 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brian and Ellen are not only extremely skilled but also amazing human beings. Rosa runs a wonderful family oriented business that provides top notch services. ❤️❤️❤️ 💅💅💅 🫶🫶🫶✨✨✨

The first time I went here, it was wonderful. I had a medi/pedi done and even got a discount for doing both. The second time I went, I was disappointed. The girl who did my nails rushed through the entire process. It's only been 2 1/2 weeks, and I have broken 6 nails, and the polish is coming off the others. I have a hard time growing my nails, so I expect great service for paying 52.00, not including tips. My nails were not properly done , and they were not strong and polished correctly. I'm sad because my nails were looking so beautiful for once in my life. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. 😒

Diva Nails is “The Best!” Very professional, relaxing and calm environment with exceptional customer service from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Brian is my nail technician and he does a fabulous job. He is kind and caring and is devoted to making sure I am happy. Ben is also very kind and caring and I have never experienced anything other than happiness and gratitude with every visit. I honestly feel like family. Rosa runs a top notch business while making everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend Diva Nails for your next visit to a Nail Salon. ❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who does the eyebrows was very much in a rush. Did not take her time, did a mediocre job at best. She started and finished within 3 minutes. Very unprofessional. Used to go here every time for this service, but I will never return to this business!

From outta town and gotta full set and pedicure...nails don't look terrible but was starting to feel uncomfortable w the tech because she was speedy Gonzalez and burned my nail with he drill I honestly started to think she may be on substances cuz she was really twitchy and was making me uncomfortable.. I was just ready to.go... they did give me a special they had running but wouldn't go back to sandy.

I’ve been going to Diva Nails for a while and love Brian. However, I had a bad experience with another technician in June. Brian was on vacation so I booked with Ellen and she complained because I was being too “picky” about the shape and color of my nails when I had them done for my wedding! If I’m paying for the service, I’m allowed to be as picky as I want. The owner of the salon has also talked bad about me in Vietnamese with other technicians about how “picky” I am.

This place needs to be shut down! Worst full set and pedicure I’ve ever had. The gel polish on the toenail was lumpy and he also didn’t paint the full toenail! It looked like I needed a fill in when he was done. I was also concerned if they were using disinfected tools. The full set looked like something from the 90’s. Then had the nerve to charge $170 that trash! Never again, I will definitely keep looking even though this place is walking distance away from my house

Diva Nail’s is the most serene establishment I have been to. Den was my nail and pedicure tech! He did an amazing job! He took his time and made sure he delivered what I wanted!! One of the best!! Thank Den, I will be back!

I’ve been going to Den for 3-4 years now. He had left his old job but I did some research and found him at Diva Nails. His work is top tier, you can show him any picture and he will bring it to life on your nails. When it comes to a pedicure omg he takes his time caring for your feet from beginning to end. I come every 4-5 weeks and my nails and toes last that long. The people are welcoming and nice.

OMG I LOVE MY NAILS!!!!! i usually just go to a random person to get my nails done but this time i went to Asia and she is sooooo sweet and nice and funny and her nail art is amazingg!!!!!!! And we literally talked the whole time because sometimes some people are silent the whole time. And i felt so comfortable around her just to talk about anythingg!!! Thank you Asia!!!!!!💗💗💗

Went there for the first time a couple days ago my first and my last time going had got French tips some of the white part was coming off and some nails were a lil smeared but I wasn't even concerned about that any more because when I went there to get my nails fixed the woman was saying was I'm sure I came there bascially like someone trying to get a free service and I didn't know what I was talking about I was just about to ask for my money back rude customer service today won't be going back

This place has gone down hill. They don't paint your entire finger nail/ toe nail but they definitely paint your cuticles. I got a pedicure and it was fine. I did dip on my nails and he literally just did the dip and not manicure and I paid over 100! The dip is lumpy and doesn't cover my entire nail. I came here with 4 other women. They were not pleased either. They charged 90 for a gel pedicure. Another girl asked to change what color she was getting after seeing paint on one nail and the guy refused. Lots of attitude and terrible work. Just had another friend go to there recently and had a bad experience also. Highly don't recommend.

My teenage daughter had Asia and she was wonderful! The gentleman who did my mani & pedi was great also (so sorry as I am forgetting his name)! He did a wonderful job on my pedicure and I mention this because I get ingrown toenails (thank you pregnancies) and he took care to ensure the nails were trimmed correctly. Both of the nail techs were patient and listened to our requests. Will definitely go back!

The mgr at Diva Nails in Lexington is so rude she told My Child never to come back and get a refil after she messed up her nails (the glitter ones) and we went back for to fix them she said that it how was suppose to be! I would suggest never go to this place!!!!!!

This was my very first time getting acrylics it’s been 2-3 days since I got my nails done. I had so many people Who previously had gotten acrylics from different places come up to me and ask why were they up so far. I said I didn’t know because this is my first Time. Me and my Mom thought they looked like they have been on my nails for about a week and it’s only been 2 to 3 days so we went back and asked the manager (who did my nails). If she could do anything about it I would like to let you know I am 13 years old and I tried to have the nicest manners as possible when I went back there. Not once did I say anything about her doing her job wrong or anything like that I literally just asked her a simple question about the nails if we should retouch it up or not . After this, she was talking to coworkers about us. She covered the nails with gel polish and told me a 13 year old little girl to never come back. literally, the rudest GROWN woman I’ve ever met and not to mention, she was also the manager. The picture below is a picture of my nails after two days and when I got done there is also my reference picture to what I wanted.
