Jessie and Jasmine have been doing mine and my mom’s nails for a while now and we both love the service we get they both are extremely professional and do a wonderful job on our nails. We love this place so much that we come from Hollister to get our nails done. Everyone in the salon is extremely friendly and we cannot recommend Diva Nails more.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. They are amazing, but make sure you are getting the right Diva Nails & Salon. I’ve referred people who have gone to one of the other salons that stole the name and they’ve had terrible service. Make sure you go to the OG on Blossom Hill and Kooser. Near Michael’s, OSH, and Planet Fitness. Everyone here is excellent. Manicures, pedicures, acrylics, designs. They are great at all of it. I like letting them choose the design and color, because they know what is popular. It’s always a surprise and fun.

Facial : 2 star The room looked more like a storage. No skincare products were used. Equipment was all home-grade that most of ladies have them at home these days. Nail : 4 star Even though I had an appointment and the owner changed my appointment to a sooner time, when we got there, had to wait for 20 minutes. The service was professional, the technicians were good at their job and offered what made the result cute and higher quality. They even adjusted disposable slippers for my kids. The price was reasonable. They offered many cookie and candy options to kids.

I made a same day appointment, which I actually messed up because I accidentally booked for the next day. I came in and they accommodated me and Michelle was able to get me in and out within 1 hour. Made my nails look so pretty and I will definitely be coming back! Amazing service!

If I can give this place a 0 I would. My sister and my mom went to get my mom’s nails done here , my mom wanted them to fix one of her nails and instead they broke her toe nail and didn’t fix it. My sister paid for my mom’s full service and stepped out . After she step out of the salon they charged my mom $10 more and even told her she had to tip. NO ONE is forced to tip especially after horrible service. They treated my mom horribly . Mind you my mom can’t really speak English , and as soon as my sister left they took advantage and scammed her .

I had a great first time experience at Diva nail spa! Salon was very clean and pedicure chairs were new and comfortable. I was offered refreshments upon arrival. Overall atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. I chose Delux mani and pedi. Michelle and Elise were taking care of me. The quality of work was great, and massage so relaxing. I definitely will be coming back! Thank you ladies.

Came for a pedicure about a week ago. I had an appointment, but I was sitting in the chair for about 20 mins before they got to me. When a technician did become available she went to help someone else. I just got a basic pedicure and they forgot to put the top coat on. I had to put the top coat on myself when I got home. They didn’t shape my toenails and they left a lot of paint on my skin around my nails. I had to clean up and shape when I got home. I won’t be going back.

I had a fabulous experience here. I got exactly what I wanted with my manicure, and my technician was even willing to try hand painting leaves on my nails even though they'd never tried that before. I also have deep nail beds and have had trouble finding technicians who don't accidently cut me when trimming dead cuticle skin, but my technician was far mote careful than most other places I've been to. Highly recommend for gel manicure on natural nails.

Used to be a customer here a long time ago, this place definitely deserves a review. The main lady, Jasmine, is extremely rude to customers and gaslights them and treats them disrespectfully including myself. My last straw was the time I went in for a refill and the lady with the short dyed hair did a TERRIBLE job at PAINTING my nails and tried to play it off by saying wow and beautiful because she knew her job was horribly done (which should’ve been the EASIEST part), and as I was sitting there a young girl around the age of 10 walks in with her mother to get her nails done. The mother asked Jasmine a simple question, which was something along the lines of what’s the difference between gel and acrylic nails or which is best for my child. Of course, this is a young child getting their nails done, so the parent deserves to be curious and ask questions. Jasmine was VERY very rude to the kind lady and raised her voice at her with a harsh tone. I felt extremely bad for the lady, as her question was not at all a hard one to answer, and jasmine didn’t even answer her question correctly. Anyways, they are cheap and the prices are good, however you get what you pay for, which is very bad customer service and an even worse nail job.

I have been going here for 3 years now. All the ladies are very kind and professional. They take appointments and walk ins as well. They have always been able to accommodate my last minute needs. I especially love the way Kelly does my lashes! They have an ATM machine (customer use only) within their salon and they also accept Venmo and Zelle, which makes payments very easy. I have recommended my sister and nieces. I will continue to come because they genuinely care.

I love my nails every time I come here. Usually I just do a pedicure and love them. I have gotten them done with different ladies, and they are all nice and leave them exactly how I want them. Today I got a hard manicure and love how they came out. The price is fair IMO.

Please take a look for yourself about how my nails are done. And this was the final result. Just because a customer comes in for a regular/express manicure, it doesn't mean that they deserve the least of your attention or bad service. I was asked many times if I wanted to upgrade to gel manicure and why it's "good" for me. I politely declined. When she started off with the polish, I noticed how my hang nails and cuticles were not taken care of properly, I had to point to the nail artist multiple times to take care of it. She did such a shabby job of painting my nails, I could've done a better job with my non dominant hand. And the worst part is, they made me pay the full amount upfront saying that I can't use my hands/fingers after a regular manicure. And guess what? She completed gaslighted me on the 5 minute hot stone massage. When I asked her about it after I was shown the door, she literally lied to my face saying hot oil massage is for $20. I pointed out in their price menu that a hot stone massage is included as part of their $15 express manicure. Then the lady had the nerve to tell me to come back another day for the massage because she has already moved another customer. Are you guys for real? If you think customers picking the low cost services on your menu are unwanted, please take those services off your list, don't offer them. Instead you pretend to be an affordable place and then insult or do a disservice to someone spending their hard earned money on your establishment. Shame on you guys.
