I called about a walk in appointment and Ms. Dee answered. She was very nice and told me I could come right in for a wash and set. About an hour later as I walked in, I noticed they also did Kératine Treatments. My hair is super thick and it’s very frustrating to work through. I asked if I could do that instead and she said no problem! Within 3 hours I was out and my hair has never been this soft! She was very kind and communicative about the process. Even going so far as telling me about why she was putting less heat on my ends to avoid heat damage and how I can come back in a month for a touch up to prolong the treatment. 10/10 would recommend. My hair looks and feels amazing! I look forward to making this my go to salon going forward. Thank you Ms. Dee!

My mom, daughter and me always go last minute. Lupe chops chops chops like it's second nature. Quick, no nonsense, always friendly! Always leave happy!

It is very expensive. My hair is straight and it is not very long. And for just blow drying and ironing they charged me 60 dollars and they had told me over the phone that it was $45 what I always pay in other beauty salons.

Would not recommend!! This salon was recommended to me. Prior to going, I called and check their hours of operation. I was told they close at 6pm even though the website says 7pm. I arrived to the salon at 5:15 pm and they was locked up and stated they was close. There were no customers inside. Also, please note that the hours of operation was also listed on the door as closed at 7pm. The lady agreed do my hair. But she wanted to do what she wanted to do rather than what I wanted done. If you're going to close 45 mins to an hour before your said hours, you need to update your hours of operation! This type of service was UNACCEPTABLE!

Dee is amazing been going to her and the salon for over 3 years. Will not let anyone else do my relaxers except this phenomenal woman. She's amazing and my hair LOVES her. Love you Dee!

Good thing I can say is I didn’t have to wait to be seen was seen immediately I got a slick press or that was what it was suppose to be the wash was horrible a lady came over combining my hair so hard then the chair was so uncomfortable my neck was cramping after that I went to see the original lady I ask about she continue doing my hair but burnt my scalp so much flat ironing my hair then was charger $10 more then original price but I still tip and paid then after 10 minutes the ends of my hair puff back up waste of money and services was not good.

I gave them 2 stars because they are never busy and they take walk-in, soon as you walk in you're in a chair. BUT customer service can be problematic. The first time I went there the stylist that was doing my hair was in a very angry phone verbal dispute. The first 10 minutes of doing my hair, she was telling the other stylist about whatever the issue was. Her tone was loud and anguish. I didn't feel comfortable with someone that aggressive in my personal space. They need to work on etiquette. Whatever is going on in your home life should be left at your car. Customers pay for service and experience, and when you upset and irate it's transparent and ruins the customer's experience. The other 2 times I visited this location, I was with someone else who also had bad experience. My friends hair was fried. When she washed her hair her curl pattern in the front was ruined. It wouldn't revert back

I’ve been coming to this salon since 2017 and my experience here has been wonderful my hairstylist DEE always takes care of my hair and her customer service is fantastic my blowouts or silk presses always are on point! She’s always do a very good job 👏🏾 ☺️ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DEE !!!!

Just popped into town for my job called early in the morning D answered and told me to come in right away without an appointment. She was very knowledgeable on my napturals and explained every step of what she was doing and why and gave me pointers on how to take care of my I live all the way in Tampa and will definitely be back for her to cater my hair.

TO ALL BLACK WOMEN AND GIRLS: if you care about the health of your natural hair, do not come here. I got my hair straightened here for the first time in my life. I came in with healthy, thick, long natural hair down my back. The shampoo, conditioning, and detangling station was rough and painful, and the lady complained about my hair as she detangled saying "por que mi" as well as other things (I don't speak Spanish but I could understand that at least). The blowdrying and straightening process was actually pleasant and I was pleased with my results. Although the sleek straight look disappeared pretty quickly in the humidity, my hair was still cute and I preserved it at night with Flexi rods. I wore the style for two weeks before finally washing my hair...the DAMAGE, the DAMAGE, the DAMAGE!! My once healthy kinks and curls were limp and frail, and my length was cut in half. The breakage I have is so horrendous, making my hair choppy and giving it a really thin look. I have no choice but to cut it. I so regret coming here and will never be back.
