I would not book with them again, especially Tiffany Charles. They specialize in kids hair and all types but she did not want to take time to actually braid my daughter hair to worried about missing out on money, my daughter hair was not all that tangled. I paid for a incomplete style.

I do believe that there are 3 stylist there. I called because my daughter's appt got canceled at the last moment for a different establishment. I was able to get an appointment 2 hours later, the lady that took my call was very nice. Had a little trouble getting there bc GPS, well you already know. The nice lady brought me right in. Fyi.... only the client can be in the building and that's fine due to Covid. However, I met the beautician she goes we use fresh beads. I'm like fresh beads ( is this a bakery). I said ma'am I was unaware that beads would be provided, bc any place I have taken her we brought our own. I honestly thought the price would go down a little since I provided the beads. Long story short she did a good job on my daughter's hair, however the miscommunication was a slight problem for me. I know money is tight and everyone trying to come up but just like myself I don't have a problem paying just inform a new client on the policy before hand. Overall, it appears that the beauticians there know what they are doing.

Very friendly atmosphere for kids. My daughter's stylist is Ms. Tiffany. We love her. She's gentle, patient, on time and delicate with my daughter. We aren't sitting around waiting... we are in and out. I never know what I want and she makes it easy and my daughter always loves her bows and lollipop.
