This was the best facial I have ever had! It was so relaxing! Andretta is amazing! The icing on the cake was the massage. I had been dealing with some pain in my neck due to a muscle spasm for over a month. But thanks to her the pain is gone. I have found my Esthetician! Highly recommend!

Andretta did an amazing job on my henna brows! She really took the time to shape them beautifully and make sure all my sparse areas were filled in nicely. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend!

Andretta is amazing. I have deep hyperpigmentation and I have seen a huge visible difference in my skin. My skin is clearing up so much that I don’t even feel like wearing makeup as often I used to.

Andretta was awesome! So professional and comforting at the same time. I was a little nervous about getting microshading done, but she eased my worries. I’m so happy with the look of my eyebrows. I’m so glad I got the micro shading by Andretta. She is fantastic! I will definitely be recommending her to friends.

I'm always hesitant to leave a bad review because this is someone's livelihood. I initially booked Andretta at Divine Skin Studio via her website's scheduling system. At the time, it showed an Atlanta address instead if Charlotte. I emailed her, called, and texted to let her know that I booked, but the city was wrong. I never heard from her. The day before my appointment, I logged in to check on things and my scheduled appointment had been cancelled. No one contacted me. I reached out again via phone, email, and text to confirm my appointment for the following day. I also went in and updated my other 2 appointments, since she updated her site and the city was now showing correctly. (I had originally bought 3 facials.). I was worried about my facial the following day and wanted to confirm all was well with the other appointments, since the first one was cancelled and I was not alerted. No one responded back that day or the next. I reached out several times via phone, text, and email and no one ever contacted me back. It's hard to want to support a business or individual who doesn't respond. If you're busy, don't want the business, or aren't in the business anymore, there are other ways to handle that, that are considered more professional. With all the massage therapists and massage companies around, I suggest finding a person or company that has excellent reviews and steering clear of those who don't communicate. Now I have to figure out how to easily get my money back.

Terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. I placed numerous calls to the phone number provided and never got a call back. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This is one of the best experiences I've had for a facial!!! She was very professional and proficient in her work!! Adretta suite was clean with a calm and relaxing setting. She will definitely be my go to for my regular maintenance for skin care! The GLOW she helped me get back feels remarkable!

Absolutely loved my experience at Divine Skin Studio! One of the best facials I’ve ever had! Andretta was so knowledgeable when it came to my questions about my skin. She talked me through the whole process. Every product, what it’s used for, and why she was using it on me. She answered all my questions and even recommended some affordable products from her skin care line. Very professional, attentive, and friendly. The studio is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend! Definitely will be coming back!
