Ms. D told me the truth from the beginning, not only about my locs, but about my spirit as well. When I tell yall I prayed on finding a good loctition to start my locs & I found her right here!! I love coming to this shop, the vibes are always great, very down to earth. Service is very professional and appointments are always met. The only thing is, they are BOOKED & BUSY! That's just how wonderful this business is!

I absolutely love being a client here. My stylist is amazing. She really takes the time to take care of your hair and scalp. She never overbooks, is always on time, and uses quality products. My locs have grown so much under her care. I always get complimented on the styles she delivers as well as how healthy my locs are. Outside of haircare, the salon is a whole vibe! I learn something new whenever I'm in there and we laugh! I am so glad that I found this place for my family's natural hair care. Update: Still a client here. Still love her!

I have been locked since November 2020 and my hair is healthy and growing. I love the custom hair care products made by owner and the 1-1 salon treatment which she did prior too covid. She knows about healthy hair and scalp which I can see the results.

I needed a style so I chose the first salon on google. I called at 1230 to see if they can do a walk in for a restyle not a retwist. I was told to be there at 130. I came in the establishment 5 minutes before the time was given for my walk-in. I seen the loctician had another client so being that I'm a business owner myself I waited until she could take me. Another loctician then stated that if since I'm getting a restyle that I neeed to take my previous style out. I did that. I sat there and the young stated that it was gonna a minute and that she didn't realize that the client she had was gonna take so long. Now I'm frustrated because my hair has been taken out and I have to find someone else to do it before I go to work at 3. As I was leaving I guess she tried to tell me something but I just left because if you couldn't do it you should've said that before you gave me a time to come.

Where can I even begin? Derytah was my stylist and she was so amazingly kind, open, and honest! Let’s just say I thought I was six months in and had locs lol but they were different shapes and sizes and as it turns out, easy to comb out as well! Derytah restarted my locs and provided hair products specifically tailored for this journey - that she made HERSELF! Highly, HIGHLY recommend that you book and go see her! If you’re on the fence, just book the appointment. You will not regret it. Not only is she an awesome individual, the vibe in the shop was amazing and I learned many new things just being there, reading some of the books she had available, and conversing with her. Dee is the BOMB Diggity! After a bad loc experience, my daughter researched and found her when she wanted locs. Dee is experienced and very knowledgeable about hair, locs and so much more. The atmosphere is peaceful and fun. My daughter is very picky. It felt like we were meeting family on Day 1 and we drive long distance for her services. We love Dee!!

First time client and I’ve found my natural hair home 🥰 I’m a type 4 natural and my hair was handled with so much love. I was even told that my hair will be fun to style! Type 4 specifically 4c don’t hear that often so that was refreshing. The women in this shop are knowledgeable and charismatic and the shop itself is a vibe. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
