Guadalupe was SO AMAZING AND ON POINT. Ladies if you are in Chicago she is your go to. I showed her a picture and she explained why it wouldn't work and showed me photos and hair colors from a book of exactly what I'd get and it looks amazing and I don't let people touch my hair to often so she had a task on her hands. Read no more reviews call her. There was another stylist there and I watched her do a ladies hair. Can't go wrong with these ladies. Guadalupe if you read this THANK YOU AGAIN.

Guadalupe, my stylist, is by far my favorite. I searched for years for someone that would actually listened to what and how i wanted my hair and she is it. I text her and she always tries to fit me in as soon as she can. And her customer service is so up there, that when I haven't been to do my hair in a while, she would teach out to me. Just awesome. And her work just as fine.
