Ashley and Aubrey were AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend using them for your bridal services! All of my bridesmaids hair and makeup was awesome! In a pinch, when my own hairdresser for many years couldn't not attend to do my bridal hair... Aubrey and Ashley were able to help out! Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Aubrey and Ashley are awesome! I had so much fun going to Divnity Salon for my wedding hair and makeup and would book them again in a heartbeat. I needed my appointment to end by 9:30am the day of my wedding and Aubrey and Ashley were so accommodating and opened up the salon at 5:30am for me and my girls. We finished ahead of schedule and had so much fun along the way. While I went to the salon, they did offer to come to the Manor too and they were the only salon in North Conway that I reached out to that was willing to open so early to ensure we got done in time! Located right around the corner from Zebb’s in downtown North Conway, they were perfectly located less than five minutes down the road from our Stonehurst Manor venue. I would definitely book them again!

BEWARE. After making the very difficult decision to cancel my wedding in July, during the highest spike in Covid-19 cases at the time, not only was I feeling defeated and extremely sad, I was treated very poorly by this salon. Not only did they call me ‘unethical’ for canceling my wedding just over 30 days leading up to the day, they called my venue to make sure it was still having weddings (at 50% capacity & everyone had to wear masks). Then they shamed me by acting like I was the one putting THEM out by having to cancel my wedding and not giving them more of my money. Even tho I promised to use them once we figured out alternatives plans, they still refused to give me back 1 penny of the $570 deposit I put down. When I asked if I could just come to get my hair done at least, they completely ignored me after that. As a bride, I felt this salon showed no compassion or support during these trying times. I think what I did was the opposite of unethical. I think I did the right thing. I probably saved lives! Clearly this salon disagrees. Steer clear.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! My sister had to reschedule her wedding due to Covid and therefore had to reschedule her appt with this salon... this salon refused to give my sister her deposit back and also just plain ignored her! Very unprofessional and cruel!!! A bride who was forced to reschedule her wedding is terrible and to top it off with a salon that shows no compassion.... needless to say we will Be taking our business elsewhere!!!!

Great salon. I had done a walk in with no appointment. Had a very small wait of no more than 10 minutes, so I had lucked out. Got the haircut and trim I was looking for. Would recommend

I look and feel my best everytime I leave. These ladies are professional, know what they are doing, and have a natural flare of talent. I love that they have my best interest at heart and it's a comfortable environment.

Was looking to make a switch from our MA hairdresser. Brought daughters in for haircuts. Very nice salon, staff was friendly and attentive. Aubrey and Ashley were great with my girls, listened to what we wanted and made professional suggestions and in the end everyone was happy with their hair. Went back a couple weeks later to get my hair done and was very pleased. Will be going back!

Brides! Please read this! Don’t book your wedding hair and make-up at Divinity! They may be good hair stylist and they seemed like friendly enough people. My hair and make-up trial was TERRIBLE and I will not be booking with them for my wedding. My hair was falling out before I even left the salon and was forced to take it out when I got to my car because it looked awful. Ashley did not spend enough time on my hair to ensure it would properly stay in place and did not use the comb I brought in. Ashley did my makeup but does not seem like she is skilled enough to do make up for an event. The lipstick she used ended up getting all over my face and jeans—imagine if that was my wedding dress! The $5 Maybelline mascara she used was clearly old and used many times before. When I mentioned this to them in my e-mail I was told they used the mascara’s only once and then they toss them. Seems strange since the wand and cap clearly had a lot of buildup and has been used multiple times. When I e-mailed the salon explaining that I was unhappy and that I would like to sort something out (a refund of some sort) before I wrote a review I was told that I was blackmailing them. You’re apparently not allow to be unhappy or change your mind about services rendered at salon. All in all, they may be an okay salon for a trim and a color—I’m not sure but I would definitely not use them for your hair and makeup on your big day. Do yourself a favor and find a salon that actually wants to take the time with you and who knows how to apply make up properly.

Very comfortable cozy atmosphere, super friendly an professional staff. Ashley is amazing! Very easy to talk to an she does the best coloring I've ever had! Beautiful highlights that look soft an natural. Highly, highly recommend!

When I scheduled an appointment we discussed my current hair length and color along with my goal. I was told it should take an hr to an hr and a half max to achieve the desired look. I was running late to my appointment so I called to let them know. They said it was fine but then when I arrived(15 min late on the dot) they told me they would have no time to do my hair and Id have to come back tomorrow. Why didnt they tell me over the phone when I called that if I wasnt exactly on time that they couldn't do it so I didn't have to waste my time driving over there? They also told me it would take 2.5 hrs to do my hair vs 1.5 hrs and would cost $130....its above shoulder length.

Walked in without an appointment, just looking to have my bangs trimmed. I got big smiles from all three women who were in there. No hesitation, one invited me to sit in her chair. I wish I could remember her name, but I cannot. She talked with me for just a minute, confirmed what I was looking for, and snipped away. It's a very comfortable little salon. Very nice women, like I said. $5 for my bangs. I'll go back, absolutely.
