The men in back who do the massages are very kind and skilled-the front of house team not so much. I have tried several times to give this place a chance, and they are just rude, impatient... Never going back.

Booked an appointment twice and both times they were cancelled, once with only an hour’s notice. EDIT: Apparently if you book on ClassPass, they will cancel your appointment if someone else calls and books the same slot, even if it's after you. If this is the case, then this business should not even list themselves on ClassPass.

Got a Brazilian and half leg wax here, prices were $20 higher in person than what they are online, I was definitely ripped off. The woman who waxed me was kind but incompetent, sometimes not able to pull the wax strip off in one go and not thorough at all, leaving many patches of hair and even after I asked her to go over certain areas. This is probably the worst wax(es) I’ve ever gotten.

I booked a 30 minutes foot massage with Anne she is very good. My feet felt relaxed afterwards. I’d go back if I get massage from her. The male masseuse is okay, wouldn’t recommend.

Had a bad experience with Divis a couple of months ago and thought I'd share for the benefit of others. I had one appointment and they kept switching therapists on me multiple times (this resulted in my left side getting a different treatment from my right side). One of the therapists applied so much pressure that I hurt myself and couldn't sleep for 3 days after. Hard pass

Absolutely fantastic! Friendly kind staff. A real lifesaver I this stressful world. The massages are always excellent at reasonable price. Also perfect mani pedi, waxing, and tinting. Weekly specials! More massage tables and masseur staff, just fabulous!

Amazing massage and nail spa! Excellent value and service. These massages have improved my circulation and reduced my stress level. Warm & cozy interior. Very friendly staff too! So lucky to have this business in my neighborhood.

I booked back-to-back slots for me and 8 coworkers here at Divis! I really liked the location, which has the affordability and availability of a regular reflexology spa, but also has a really luxurious interior, both in the waiting area and the massage area - very nice! Also, all 8 coworkers gave the massages positive marks, and I personally left in a daze from all of the relaxation 😊

I did not receive the massage service I booked, even though they confirmed it was supposed to be neck and shoulders. It included slapping my lower body and light touching of my feet. Torture. They covered me in a massive thick blanket which was stifling hot. Also, be warned there is just one big room with no privacy. At best, there was not adequate communication and was unlike any massage I have gotten before. I was very uncomfortable.

My wife and I really enjoyed our treatment at SpaDivis. They are really nice and polite and gave us a great 90 minute foot/hand/shoulders/neck massage. We loved the experience and will definitely be back!

Terrible place, worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The most sloppy, painful and ugly pedicure and manicure I've ever had, stuff doesn't understand English, flies flying all over the place! NEVER COME HERE!

Warning do not attempt get massage at this place!!!!!! Horrible service and foot massage was a joke. I've been to so many places in sf and all over the country and never got this bad of service. The owner/manager could not acknowledge she was provinded incorrect service and continued to argue without an apogy. It was clear what type of massage was booked. Please avoid this place and not sure how it got 5 star rating, must have been friends and family who lied about the rating. Any other place of service is better than here. Foot massage was literally the guy using his fingertips to massage, it was very unconventional.

Google maps directs you to the backside of this building it is actually on Divisaderio. Very nice and clean location. My masseuse was very good and the foot reflexology was amazing.
