Paid $40 for a pedicure, waste of money. Barley touched my feet & slapped some polish on there. My boyfriend got a pedicure with me, and the lady doing his did a wonderful job. So he tipped both technicians $20 each. My technician did not deserve it.

litterly the worst nails OF MY LIFE!!! my nail is slanted . the lady that did my nails didnt even know what she was doing , she cut my cuticles open , and made me bleed , then WIPED MY FINGER WITH A DIRTY ALOCOL WIPE!!! worst nail experience ever.

My experience was horrible. I asked for a simple French tip. She continued to file my nails lower and lower after I told her I did not want them that low. As you can see she took the past the nail bed. She then attempted to put paint on top of the nails this way and I told her that my nails were not even and cut too low. She said she would get someone else to fix them and the new lady sat down and attempted to start filing again and then cut me. At that point I told them I was leaving I no longer had faith that they could finish the job. They attempted to still try to charge me $35 because they said they did a service literally the first thing she did was start filing and she messed it up. Now that I’m looking at the reviews i see this is not the first time i definitely will not be going back.

This is by far the worst nail salon in Louisville! My daughter got a fungus and bacterial infection after getting services at Dixie nails! She was in the hospital for 2 days with them trying to pinpoint why she was so sick! They cut her skin and the bacteria infection had her so sick she was out of school for over 2 weeks 😡

Worst nails I've ever had done. Ive gotten dip for years now she brushed my dip on instead of dipping my finger and after a week they were lifting off of my nails. My dip nails ALWAYS last me 3-4 weeks. Kim was incredibly rough and nicked my cuticles and made them have sores 4 times one of the nicks from the Dremmel was so bad it went the entire length of my nail bed. She did not take the time to make sure all the tips were glued to my nails.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. This salon is disgusting in both environment and customer service. I had an appointment scheduled, and wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my appt time. The lady sat me down for a dip refill, and covered my fingers in foil, then grabbed her purse and left. Another 30 minutes went by before another employee moved me to his desk. He was AWFUL. It took him over an hour and a half to do a dip refill! I got clear polish, and there were black dots from his dip powder left under the polish on my nails, he failed to file my nails at any point including the sides, left them completely uneven and although he spoke English at the beginning of the appt, when I complained about the dots in my polish, he pretended to not understand me and charged me $80!! I was there for over 2.5 hours, and so frustrated I just left without the corrections… which would’ve taken another hour to fix. The dip also popped off after 24 hours. I will NEVER COME BACK here. Absolutely awful.

First off I got charged $125 for something I didn't even ask for. Never again will I ever come back there I spent three and a half hours somewhere where I did Alicia took me anshould only be an hour and a half for $125 and never again worse experience

I went there 3 times first time it was empty, the place is not clean but I need it to do my nails since the place zi went first is little far from me, the first time it was totally empty so got to do my nails right way, one nail filling came off so went back later to get refilled my sister in law sort of speak get her nails done there told me how bad they are with appointments. So second time we went together, the person she had the appointment don't show to work, they never called and said she was no in, so they told us with for 30 minutes, and they would do our nails, it was 45 minutes later and they took someone's else the got there after us, she man in front desk again told us our waiting be for another hr at that point we decided to leave we dint want to wait for almost two hrs to get my nails done, so I reschedule at 5 pm 3 days later because a second nail the filling fell off now there were two nails, so got there 15 min before my appointment, after waiting 30 min they did the exact same thing they took someone else, and look it me like it was not a big deal at that point I was not going to wait another hrs when I had a appointment. The place is disgusting. I will go back to the first nail salon at Newburg rd where is more nicer clean and they do they appointments right and treat people with dignity

The first two pictures are of my left hand. The pointer finger is WAY longer than the the rest of my nails. The last 2 pictures are of my right hand and the nails are shorter than the left hand by a lot.. and they’re filed crooked. I brought my 5 year old with me to get her nails done and Johnny treated her very well, but this is my second time getting my nails done by Lucy and it’s safe to say I will not be returning. The first set she did was even worse than this one. She complained when I told her I wanted white tips and she sighed and then asked “would you rather do all color instead?” She was too worried about watching TV half the time during her doing my set, and she was filing my nails so hard that it felt like she was about to rip them off. Now, I will give her credit on the wonderful polish job she did, but the way she shapes/ sizes nails are horrible. She definitely rushes through a set and does not prep them properly as well. Do not waste your money at this place!!

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and was dying for a good pedicure. My typical nail salon was booked up for the week so I decided to give someone else a shot. My son had an event nearby so I decided to stop in while I waited. WORST DECISION! I opted to do the Super Deluxe Pedicure ($50 + $15 for gel). They did not tell me upfront that there was an additional charge for gel. I figured there would be and am ok with that, but I do wish that they would have stated that before they were halfway through my pedicure. A pumice stone barely touched my feet and I left with them just as rough and dry as when I walked in. From start to finish this “Super Deluxe Pedicure” was less than 40 minutes. Before I had a chance to get my shoes on she asked me to go ahead and pay her which was no problem, just not what I’m typically used to. The problem was as soon as I paid and tipped her, she turned off the light to the pedicure station and walked away. The pedicure stations are in the back and there was no actual overhead light, just the light above each individual chair. I was also the only back there so once the light above my chair went off there was little to no light. Now I am off to another Salon to get a decent pedicure and spend more money which is pretty infuriating. Needless to say if your looking for a good pedicure this isn’t the place for you.
