I've been to this establishment a good numbers of times, always have received outstanding service. It's always clean, and the attendants make me feel comfortable during my visit. I will continue to visit this place.

Worst massage I’ve ever had didn’t sign for a tip when initial payment was processed so she proceeded to drive her elbow directly on my spine and my shoulder blades, not even attempting to massage me, and was on her phone. Majority of the time while she massage me with one hand. Then 15 minutes into the massage she told me she would only finish the massage if I tipped her $20 and held onto my card and attempted to get me to re-sign the initial receipt as well as tried to force me to go out the back door when customers came in the front Huffed and pouted when I refused to tip 0/5 do not come here you earn a tip don’t expect one

I started pretty good until I noticed she cared less about massage and more about ending it sooner. I paid for an hr and only got 50 minutes at best. Towards the end, she asked for $60 tip and I said no. Then, the massage quality dropped even more to the point she was massaging my head with a very gentle touch. I guess the NO to her $60 tip request made her unhappy..
