Awful service.. very negative experience … could not go outside to eat or make a phone call without the manager stalking me. Never again. Your response is exactly an example of the toxic unprofessional establishment. I do not smoke. Not even nicotine. New client. Did not know anyone there. Prices too high for the service. Take the feedback and do better! A salon owner talking about her staff and clients in a negative way is exactly and example of what I mean. Everyone does not have a positive experience at your salon. Good day!

Great experience with Nylan! I can actually wear my hair out for an entire week before putting it in a ponytail. That's a major accomplishment for me. Service is excellent! Salon is clean. And I'm always in & out!

I love coming to the shop. The atmosphere is great and so is the customer service. My hair has really grown from coming consistently. My stylist Nylan is great!

Nikki is awesome ,pleasant personality..So is her daughter. They both take good care of their clients. Your hair is always clean plus she always gives recommendations for healthy hair maintenance and growth.. Her Salon is always clean. Nikki and her daughter always welcome clients with a friendly smile, always laughing ,good music playing in the background.

Hair services were great (although a bit pricey), nutrition services were an epic fail. I had lost 25 lbs. before starting the customized meal plan that was supposed to help me achieve a leaner, more toned physique. But after 3 short months on the plan, I had regained all the weight I lost and then some. I’m not any leaner than I was when I started and was basically bulked up even though that was the opposite of the look and shape I was trying to achieve. If I could go back in time and undo the meal plan (and get a refund), I would do it in a heartbeat. Would recommend hair services but would give 0 stars for nutrition/meal plan. It was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Not to mention I now have to spend more money to get the weight off (again) and get back to where I was before I started.

Nikki listened to my issues, analyzed my my hair’s condition, made recommendations with detailed explanation, and she totally transformed my total look. I’ve never experienced so many compliments!!!! Truly, I am so thankful for my new, younger look!!! She gets an A+ for personal care and professional excellence.

I had a very pleasant experience. The stylist, Nylan, was punctual and friendly. The establishment was very clean and felt peaceful. Both Nylan and Nikki were very knowledgeable about what my hair needed, and gave me good advice about my postpartum shedding. I got a wash, moisture treatment, and cut (was originally supposed to be a trim but I had a lot of damage), and medium sized box braids that turned out beautifully, although I’m not a fan a baby hair (but she asked, and I feel I poorly communicated). She also did it in good timing, it took about 6 hrs from start to finish. On the other hand, the price was $300 in total. $250 for medium box braids seems a bit high to me, personally, although I like that they wash your hair because most places don’t. And $50 for the moisture treatment and trim, which I felt was reasonable because I needed it badly! Sadly, I feel like my braids won’t last very long. I got them done Monday, it’s now Friday and my natural hair is starting to show at the ends on nearly every braid. Not sure if it’s my hair texture, or the fresh cut but it’s too noticeable so I might just keep it in a ponytail until it’s time to take it down. All in all, I’d still recommend them. But probably not for box braids.

I was waaay overdue for makeover and Mrs Nikki did not fail. She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Easy to chat with and really listened. Thankful I was able to find her. Loving my new cut and color!!

Each time I've gotten my hair done here, I'm always treated with such care and professionalism. My hair always looks amazing when I leave and Nikki always makes me feel welcomed! I live almost 2 hours away but the drive is worth it with the quality and handling of my hair. My hair is very thick and can be difficult to work with at times but whenever I leave here, my hair feels so light and it leaves me more satisfied then the last visit! I definitely recommend getting your hair done here

Nikki is beyond professional and accommodating. I booked a last minute appointment and had the incorrect hair, she still serviced me. I also had several on the spot styling changes and she willingly made them for me. She even squeezed me in early the next day to fix what I messed up when I went home. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and will definitely continue to get styled by Nikki.
