I just had the most incredible massage from Kim, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, Kim made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Her technique is truly exceptional; she worked on my body with such skill and intuition. I felt all my tension melt away, and I left feeling like a brand new woman! If you need a massage, Ace is your guy. Booked a 90 minute pregnancy/prenatal massage and was not disappointed. Ace offered a variety of scents for the experience and was very skilled with his techniques. The facility is clean and welcoming. The changing room is warm and well organized. Enjoy refreshing water (and tea maybe?) and ambiance while your massage room is prepared.

My line sisters and I scheduled a spa party here for our AKAversary yesterday. We had an amazing time! The massage was the best and we had access to the steam room and sauna before and after our services and had drinks and refreshments. The customer service was excellent during the planning process and when we had the spa party. Nekita was so professional and very accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you for helping to make our AKAversary wonderful!

Took my daughter in for a teen facial, which was for fun, not because she had any actual skin concerns, no acne, no hyperpigmentation , no nothing, only for her to come out red and inflamed and over exfoliated, and was clearly having a allergic reaction, Sheryl , clearly has no background in skin care, because when she saw the reaction (which I noticed immediately, ) common sense would’ve told you to stop ! But she didn’t and caused serious irritation. When I addressed the issue and asked what products were used because it was clearly a allergic dermatitis happening( I am a dermatology nurse), Sheryl would not say and stated she only had moisturizer on and that her skin was broken out from not changing her pillowcases often, and the products we use to do our laundry, which she has NO CLUE how often we clean my child’s pillow cases let alone what detergents we use !! I hate that I thought I could allow her to go in the room alone to get the spa experience , because this lady damaged her skin, She clearly has zero knowledge of skin care

I recently visited D'Lor Salon & Spa that was referred by my chiropractor and had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Ace. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed by the serene atmosphere and the friendly staff. Ace truly has not only gifted hands but a gift for understanding the needs of his clients and tailoring the massage to provide the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic relief. His expert techniques, combined with his warm and professional demeanor, made for an unforgettable experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every sore spot with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling rejuvenated and incredibly grateful. D'Lor Salon & Spa is now my go-to destination for all of my self-care needs and I can't wait for my next visit!!! I'm going to plan a spa day with all of my girlfriends right in our own backyard!!!

Wife has a membership since before they opened and it appears they've changed what's covered understanding that things change but the changes seem less favorable to continue to keep the membership... stinks because we love supporting our local small businesses but we also enjoy getting what we pay for and being appreciated for that given that it is optional.

I set an appointment for my wife that needed this massage !!! For today for 12 pm After I set my appointment for 12 o'clock Sunday today, they called me back the next day and asked if I could change my time for 11 to accommodate one of the massage Therapist I agree no problem we will change our time to 11 AM. Today we showed up a few minutes before 11 AM. The door was locked. We left a note on the door. After leaving the note, no one called us or explained that they were running late the receptionist lady laughed it off like it was not a big deal. Very inconvenienced to waste a Sunday morning on a massage that was greatly needed for my wife and for them not to call and have a concern because they were running late is not our fault. I canceled the appointment and I don't think I would ever go back to this establishment for the inconvenience. Bottom line is that the person to open up wasn't there on time and she had no accountability for that.

Kym was amazing. I had an Aromatherapy/Swedish massage for 60 min. She began by asking about the areas that I’d like to focus on. I requested lemon grass aroma and she even turn the spa music down some for me when I requested it. I am not much of a talker during my massage and she did not talk much either unless needed. I really appreciated that! The ambience of the spa was very nice and relaxing. Nice robes, slippers, changing room/lockers, and waiting area with citrus water, faux fireplace, etc. I will sign up for the membership. They have two different saunas too.

Heavenly experience! Girl's Trip! Ms. Shirley was amazing! My spa service was a Deep Pore and Exfoliating facial. The spa is beautiful and a whole vibe! First time there won't be our last. My girlfriends loved their massages as well. I love that they accept walk ins. Black owned and operated!

I made an online appointment for make up services. I received an email stating that some one would call and confirm the appointment time. No one ever called me to confirm the appointment time. I then called and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. I took a chance and just showed up anyway, as the appointment time was for the first appointment time slot for the hours of operation. Sat outside for 5 minutes, no one showed. Called again, no one answered. I was disappointed because I’ve done business with them sporadically over the last 15 years.

Incredible experience! From the very helpful and happy receptionist, to the warming waiting room. This was my first massage which was a little nerve racking. But Kym and Ace were absolutely wonderful! Kym was able to walk me through the process before even starting. Kym did absolutely wonderful. My best friend said Ace got knots that she has been trying to get for days. We definitely will be back for massage and more!
