Went in to see what the place was about. Wanted to give my dog a spa day while I worked out at the gym next door. She said yeah go get your paper work and locked the door behind me. They said they went to lunch but the fact that she didn't say that at first and said go get your paperwork makes me feel like I was discriminated against.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, caring and attentive to my doggo, accommodating of my work schedule, nice environment, webcam access, a report card at the end of the day, and it's on my way to work. Thanks, Dogtopia, for a pleasant, no-hassle experience!

Staff is super awesome and always so happy to greet you, the place is clean. My dogs loves it there. 10/10 for sure, They take great care of Clutch and Stella.

The staff is great with the dogs and personable with the human clients. And, my dog is always turning himself inside out to go see them. Doesn't mean he gets away with things! They support what I am trying to teach him, and I have seen every dog in the room lying down learning door manners. Amazing!

Great staff they are professional and friendly. The price is reasonable knowing my pup is having fun, safe and in a clean environment. Reassurance via the webcam is comforting.

This place is great. Staff is really nice, my dog has fun, you don't have to reserve in advance. ETA 7/2023 New owner last year and we stopped going there because they started taking too many animals but didn't increase staff. Pretty sure my dog was injured there, and it cost me thousands to get her shoulder restored. They may have improved, I'd recommend you use those cameras to see how the room looks and ask lots of questions.

True, our experience was from January 2020, but it gave us boarding PTSD. We left our dog for 7 days, on camera she was very shut down and avoidant of other dogs. She looked miserable. When we picked her up she was literally skin and bones. You could see every rib and her spine was visible. She had lost 6 lbs in seven days.The staff said she ate all her food. We ended up taking her to the veterinarian that day because we were so concerned and he said she hadn't eaten in days. When I reached out to Dogtopia they insisted they fed her. I am still furious with this place. Hopefully they turned it around since then but please be cautious leaving your beloved pet here.

I have to travel for work and leaving my dogs almost made me quit my job. When I went into Dogtopia and met with the owners, I fell in love with them. My dogs are always well taken care of and my expectations of their care is always met. The staff has become a second family to my pack. I might still quit my job but now it would be to work at Dogtopia. ♥️

I know that Luna is safe and sound for the day when I drop her off. There is always someone overseeing playtime and I can check in on her anytime via live video feed on my phone. I love that they have designated lunch and naptime, and keep the dogs separated during this time. And it's so clean! Anytime a dog uses the potty, there is someone there immediately to clean the area. I love that she can get her spa done at the same place as her daycare. Luna always sleeps like a log at night after spending the day at Dogtopia. I just cant say enough about Dogtopia.

Lied to me! Whenever you check the dog out, they give you a little card about their experience. My dog is a very scared one and isolates herself from other dogs without me with her. When they gave me the card, they said she made so many friends and was very social even though I was watching the cameras and she was hiding or was nowhere in sight. ;( Never taking her back!!

My baby Leia loves going to doggy daycare and the staff at Dogtopia is always welcoming and excited to see her. I feel good about leaving her with them because they have always been attentive, easy to communicate with and I can see her on the cameras while I'm working. The staff goes above and beyond to show they care. Leia recently broke her nail pretty bad while playing and jumping around and they took amazing care of her. They wrapped her up, cleaned her and called me immediately because they could tell she was in pain. They offered to pay her vet bill if I went and were so concerned about my baby. We did end up going to the vet and Dogtopia followed through and covered the expenses as well as offering 10 days of complementary day care. They have been so kind and I'm glad Leia was taken care of and not alone when this happend. She was part of a wellness plan for a while when we moved she came twice a week and was always excited to be there. Leia let's me know when she doesn't want to be somewhere, she's a husky with quite a voice, and she is always all tail wags and smiles when I drop her off at Dogtopia. The staff really cares and you can tell. I'd recommend Dogtopia to anyone who needs a safe place for their pup while working or away from home.

I came to Dogtopia with my Border Collie/Pit mix rescue. Bella is just a year and a half and had been at Animal Humane most of that time. She has the sweetest personality but had a lot of dog aggression and absolutely no social skills. Needless to say she did not pass Dogtopia’s meet and greet. So I did utilize Dogtopia’s training services and now Bella is a completely different dog! She loves the daycare and plays well with the other dogs and we really appreciate the spa and boarding services as well. I could never thank Ben (owner), the trainers Elora and Aspen and the amazing caring staff at Dogtopia enough. They truly love what they do and take such good care of Bella that Dogtopia has truly become her second home❤️

My dog loves dogtopia. He comes home happy and tired. He gets to socialize with other dogs that makes his job as a service dog so much easier. Everywhere we go he is praised for being calm around other dogs barking and japping; he ignores them and goes about his job. I also love dogtpia because my dog gets the exercise he needs with people that treat him well.

I travel quite a bit and this is the only facility I trust to take care of my German Shepherd, Loki. He has a blast getting the zoomies and playing with his friends during daycare, loves the premium treats he gets for boarding, and I love being able to watch his adventures on the cameras. The staff is all amazing and always greet him by name - and their grooming services are great too! 10/10 recommend!

I was a little nervous about leaving our puppy here. I saw a bad review elsewhere but we already had the interview set up. We’ve tried a few other daycares out and this one is our favorite so far. I’m glad we gave it a shot. Cons: somewhat small and no outside area Pros: very friendly staff, my pup is always excited to see them, mandatory nap time, lots of socialization and climate controlled environment, cameras everywhere, a tour of the daycare, ALWAYS answers the phones My pup always leaves happy and tired.

Dogtopia is AMAZING. I have had a great experience bringing my dog to them since she was 5months old (shes now 2.5yrs old). She LOVES going to dogtopia, it’s her favorite place. The staff is always so kind and answers any of my questions. They offer holiday photos of your pet and treat them like they are their own pup! I recommend dogtopia to everyone!
