I’ve been getting my brows done by Samantha on and for a few years now. She has always done a good job with my brows. My last few appointments have not been great, but I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. We all have our moments but it’s gotten to the point where I don’t feel valued anymore. It appears that she no longer cares about showing up on time. She moved an appointment I had earlier this month and was late. I stayed and waited for almost 30 mins and I was leaving she was pulling in. I scheduled another appointment and was hopeful but unfortunately, she was late again. As I was leaving (after waiting 15 mins) she was pulling into the parking lot. My thing is if you are going to be late please communicate that. It’s so unprofessional and comes off like you don't value your client's time. Nonetheless, I ended up finding a new person to do my brows today.

I had a 10am appointment for eyebrow threading on 4/20. I was even sent a text message the day prior to confirm that yes I would be at my appointment, which I confirmed. The day of my appointment I get there around 9:50 I walked to the doors and no one is there! The doors were locked and lights were off. I walked back to my car and sit till 10:00am thinking that maybe the person was running a little late. At 10:03 I get back out of my car walk to the door the doors are still locked it’s dark inside and no one was in there. I left work early and sacrificed a lot to make that appointment and no one even showed up. I would give them zero stars if I could. It was very unprofessional and a total waste of my time!

What can I say other then that Sam is a beautiful human soul. The way she greets you with her beautiful smile which now hides under covid mask but her eyes tell you she is smiling. She is very professional, courteous, pays attention to detail and I have never looked back. She is everything I have now been a customer for almost 7 years I LOVE HER

Samantha was recommended for brow threading through a family member. I have now visited her twice. Each time she has been prompt and professional. She asked about my brow goals and gave recommendations to help me achieve them. Before scheduling my second appointment for threading I reviewed her photos for brow tinting. I was impressed with the results and wanted to give it a try. She did not disappoint. I absolutely love them!!!! I am definitely going back.

Samantha does not have a cosmetologist license OR an esthetician license. Know what that means? She has absolutely zero education about what she’s doing, and shes performing her services ILLEGALLY. She honestly probably looked up every service she provides on YouTube. The amateur business owner didn’t even know she had to have a SPA LICENSE to operate a spa LEGALLY. Look it up. DPOR regulates businesses like these. & She willingly is allowing other people who work for her KNOWING they are working illegally. She only cares about making money. I could obviously tell. Her “nice” personality is fake. She made a low blow comment about me having anxiety. She has zero class. She knows absolutely nothing about actual skincare. There is no statistical evidence on holistic “natural” skincare and how it works. Bottom line, shes not licensed. And you WANT someone who's working on the largest organ on your body to be LICENSED.
