Karina has been my stylist for several years now, and I’m hers for life! She does an amazing job at coloring and styling hair and is always on point. Booking an appointment is super easy and she always works with me on days and times. I'm very happy that I found DOLCE CABELLO SALON. If I could give her more stars I totally would! Karina me realizo unos higlighs color gris , el 1er día salí muy feliz con el trabajo que ella me había realizado , y también me hizo un tratamiento antifrizz , el cual pensé que pues había funcionado , incluso compre un shampoo que era para el color que ahora me había pintado este ayuda a neutralizar los tonos naranjas qué posiblemente podría pasar ya que el cabello estaba inicialmente negro y tuvo que llevarlo al extremo gris casi plata. Pasaron días las raíces se me pusieron de color amarillo, muchas mechas se hicieron amarillas color patito, y bueno pensé que con el shampoo esto se iba a solucionar , le envié un mensaje a un número celular pero no recibí respuesta , no me quedo más opción que llamarla . Ella me dio una cita amablemente para corregir el problema y sinceramente pues las raíces me las pinto de negro, eso no quedo igual muchas mechas seguían amarilla y el antifrizz al pasar los días ni antes de este retoque para nada funciono, ella me dijo que esto de las raíces paso porque ella al aplicar la plancha para aplicar el tratamiento antifrizz allí con el calor se oxidaron. Ella es una excelente persona este fue mi experiencia y realmente fue muy mala , yo salí feliz el 1er día con un tratamiento antifrizz las mechas me gustaron compre shampoo, compre un peine , corte el cabello de mi hija me hizo depilación con Cera casi $600 o quizá fue más que eso lo que gaste y me sentí estafada , muy caro los procedimientos incluso la depilación de Cera . Realmente fue mi error ya que acepte pagar confiando en todo lo que ya me había hecho , pero realmente no volvería, el cabello es importante para una mujer y sobretodo porque tiene precios carisimos en especial los de la depilación de Cera solo me hizo mechas y me cobro caro ,. decepcionada totalmente. Esta 1era foto rs como salí del salón y la 2da como se pusieron las mechas y las raíces oxidadas a los días.

I have long hair that I have been growing out. She respected keeping my length and made sure to give me the cut I wanted. I was worried because I been to other salons where they like to cut more than asked. But NOT here!! after showing her a picture she took her time and did it very precise! It came out lovely! The lady I go to was unavailable for 2 weeks and I needed to get my hair dyed before I my appointment for my braids the following day so, I was looking quickly and I saw dolce, I was skeptical because no one can do ginger correctly or to the tea…. But boy she did more than she was suppose to I got the color I needed and it was good, too good I end up Doing my beard too! She’s professional and makes you feel at home!

The one time procrastination paid off: I knew it was time to get my hair washed and blown out but like many others who are extremely busy I forgot to book my appointment! Saturday morning rolls around, frustrated that I didn’t make my appointment I started to research different places I could get my hair done…Everything booked! Oh well, guess I’d have to do it next week, or so I thought. After grabbing a quick bite I decided to walk into the salon suits in the shopping plaza (embassy) that I was in to see if I had any luck. I guess it was my lucky day as the first person I encountered was Karina, who immediately assisted me. I nervously asked if she would be able to do my hair today. She replied yes and guided me through the booking process. Karina was very professional and is an excellent and knowledgeable hair stylist. This is the FIRST TIME that I have felt so comfortable in a salon chair. Most of my salon experiences have been negative due to stylists not being able to “handle” my “type” of hair. I would often get stared at or they would even make funny faces to me. This was not the case at Dolce Cabello! Excellent service and I am happy that I have found a stylist. Thank you! Thank you!
