Tracy Roberts has been a reliable hairdresser of my mother for years and has now been doing my hair. She listens to what I want and always gives me the best service! She is very knowledgeable about to color hair in a healthy and efficient way. I am so happy with my hair every time!

I did the head spa this week at Dolce Lusso, and it was hands down one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. My background for the past 20 years is in the spa industry, so I have extensive knowledge and tried every industry trend during that time. Jasmine was phenomenal and created a professional experience that was unforgettable and really like a mini-vacation. The room was spacious and elegant with a relaxing ambiance. My scalp and soul has never felt so gently refreshed. I chose the service including the foot scrub. This is a beneficial self-care service that I will do again and regularly. Do it. It's 100% worth it!

Didn’t expect my hair to be cut so short, And I haven’t been able to style it for more than a month because of the strange haircut that it is. Now it’s grown out a bit I’m able to put little rollers in it and it looks better now. The stylist was kind and considerate and gave me the pricing of everything she was doing. My daughter who asked me to come with her was not happy at all. Her stylist didn’t give her any price indication at all. In addition her stylist flat ironed her hair cut it and it was way too short because it’s curly, then charged her for that, and she was not happy and doesn’t want to come back to that salon for that reason. Pricing should always be transparent. In other words, let the customer know what each process will cost so that they can make the decision for themselves. We will not be coming back to that salon, unfortunately.

Tracy Roberts is phenomenal!! Such beautiful, natural blonde highlights!! They grow out so smoothly - no one ever suspects I color my hair whether it’s been 3 months or 6 months. She takes care to keep my hair very healthy - I have never had her over-process it and she has great styling recommendations!!

Great salon experience, conveniently located in the Park Road Shopping Center. I go to Alex who is super kind and is great with hair. As an Aveda salon, the offer great array of products — and work with me around my gluten-allergy and past reactions I have had to some Aveda products. Definitely recommend

100% this is the place to go. The entire experience is exactly what every girl getting their hair done should experience. Brianna J did my balayage and I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out. Not only that, she was so sweet, the conversation was nice, I got a massage chair 💆‍♀️ when getting my hair washed- 10/10. You won’t be disappointed!!

Men’s cut price on salon website is listed at $25. I was charged $45 with no warning/explanation. Seems very sneaky. Salon needs to make an effort toward price transparency. Also, maybe utilize modern scheduling app. Phone calls frequently go unanswered.

I have been going to Dolce Lusso on Park Rd for almost 5 years now. My stylist is Scott and he delivers on EXACTLY what I want every time! I thought I had healthy hair when I started going here, but boy was I wrong! My hair is completely different than it was (in a very good way) and it’s all thanks to Scott! I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. He is amazing!

I’ve been going to Dolce Lusso for several months now and have always had a wonderful experience! I usually see Robbie, he’s very friendly and has helped my hair so much after having it fried by a stylist at another salon. He’s been out on medical leave so I saw Emma today and would also highly recommend her. She was very sweet and did a wonderful job with my highlight and cut. (She also gives the best scalp massage during your wash.) Can’t recommend these two enough!

One of the worst experience in USA since 7 years. No value to customer at all. They just look nice on the outside but not considerate at all. They also never have any appointments. My wife had an appointment here and we were just 7-8 mins late due to crazy traffic and they refused to give service. It was important as we had an event the next day. Usually they have 15 mins grace but were very rude to not consider at all. I have never seen such arrogance from a Salon. Never going back there, ever.

They are very inconsiderate for the customer, made me reschedule my appointment 3 times just because i was 10 minutes late. Also, stylists are not informative enough.. i would not recommend this place at all.

Been coming here for several months all the staff is awesome except for cynthia she is really unprofessional and does not care about keeping your hair’s integrity
