I’ve been going to Oliva at Dolce Lusso for quite some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the results every single time. The haircut always turns out looking stylish, current, and perfectly suited to my hair type. She really takes the time to listen to what I want and offers great suggestions that match my preferences. Not only does she have an excellent eye for detail, but she also has a wonderful personality. She’s genuinely enjoyable to talk to, making the entire experience relaxing and fun. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a skilled, personable stylist.

Before coming to Dolce Lusso I had been very unhappy with my hair. The color and cut were just not working for me. And then I met Olivia. I have always struggled with articulating exactly what I wanted or needed. Olivia immediately made me feel at ease and knew all the right questions to ask. She completely transformed my hair! She is super sweet, very intelligent, and easy to talk to. I always look forward to seeing her. She ALWAYS makes my day and makes me feel beautiful inside and out! I highly recommend her. I came to Dolce Lusso in need of a big change as my hair had become unflattering. I was nervous but Olivia Pope helped me feel at ease and did a wonderful job. I have been a customer of Olivia's since 2019. And when COVID hit she was so understanding when I asked if I could get my hair cut in a separate room to minimize the risk of getting sick. She always does a great job on my hair, I feel completely comfortable, and she is always kind and understanding. She is a wonderful hairstylist and I highly recommend her.

I have been going to see Olivia at stonecrest for a few years now. When I first met with Olivia I told her no one had ever gotten me a certain level of blonde before and she made it happen! I typically get a balayage about twice a year. I always feel comfortable telling her exactly how I want my hair and trust that she can make it happen. This past year we made a plan so she could bring me to the exact hair color I wanted for my wedding. Then we recently brought my hair back to brown and it is gorgeous. She is supportive of whatever direction I want to go. I am always comfortable there and I always leave feeling satisfied and beautiful!

I just wanted to express my disappointment in the spa, first walk in I notice how dirty the hairdressers stations were and it made me very uncomfortable, I was not please with my services by the hairstylist I chose to go with, (Olivia pope), she was very nasty and had a negative attitude the whole time she was doing my cut and color and when I asked for further services she was very rude about it and acted as if she did not want to complete my services I requested, Please be mindful of these things when u make the decision to come to this spa.

I've been going to Olivia Pope for several years and have always been pleased. She takes the time to listen to what I want (I'm a low-maintenance hair kinda gal) and provides excellent service! I've also used Olivia for balayage and makeup services. She does a great job and her attention to detail is what sets her apart! My husband and kids also see Olivia for their cuts/styles too! The salon is convenient and I always have a great experience!

I’ve been going to Olivia Pope for 7 years. I have really thick hair that shows every cut, and she has mastered my hair. I tend to leave my hair natural color, but the few times I’ve gotten highlights and balayage, I loved it! Plus, we always have great conversations and she remembers what’s going on in my life.

I have been coming to the Stonecrest location for 4 years now to get my hair cut. I absolutely love seeing Olivia Pope. Even after I moved across the city, I still drive over to the Stonecrest location to see Olivia. Once you find the person you trust you can't go anywhere else, and Olivia is exactly that! She always does a fantastic job with executing the style that I want and making me feel beautiful. I highly recommend getting an appointment with her if you are looking for a new stylist.

Best salon in town!!! The first think you walk in, are greeted and checked in. You have a choice of water, tea and coffee. The bathrooms are clean floors and space. They give you a locker to store things. Ask for Hannah B.

Visited Dolce Lusso for the first time a few days ago and had the best experience. From the minute I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Alaina Basco was my stylist and she made my hair look beautiful! I am so pleased with my new haircut and I feel so much more confident. I highly recommend Alaina! She’s awesome.
