It is a total scam. I went for a "free" facial and I was given a scpiel. I agreed to a monthly facial membership however what they did using Klarna nearly broke me right before Christmas. Thank goodness Klarna agreed that they committed fraud and shut them down. Don't risk it, there are too many legit places to choose from choose elsewhere.

Gracie was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about all that she is doing and even wrote my name on the blanket on the bed! So cute! I love coming every month and will continue to support her and Dolce!

I have been going to Dolce for over 10 months & it has been nothing but amazing! I had an appointment today with Cele & it was fantastic 🤩. She was managing the office today & was on top of her game! Before I got there she ask if I could come15 mins later as she was assisting someone else, instead of let me sit in the lobby 15 mins thinking they are running behind. I am a post breast cancer survivor & the hormone blocker had my skin in a mess. Since going to Dolce my skin is 100% better. It's the most relaxing hour ever! Cele keep doing what your doing! Dolce Spa your very lucky to have someone with Cele knowledge both at the office desk & on her spa table ⭐️ ⭐️

I had my introductory facial with Jaylen this afternoon. It was magical ✨ My first facial ever, so very pleased with the outcome. Joined their membership and looking forward to my future visits and progress as we go along 😊 You are amazing!! See you in November! Thank you! UPDATE: I had my third (membership) facial today Jan. 14th. I couldn’t be more pleased! I’ve stuck to my regimen at home and I’m already seeing drastic improvement to my fine lines and overall skin health. Thank you so much!!!!

No one was there when I arrived for my 3pm appointment, and I had to wait in my car for quite some time until an employee arrived. The first employee asked if I had had a facial before, and I said no. Then they jumped right into showing me miraculous transformation photos and telling me about their $1500 ‘medical grade’ infrared device. I was taken back for my facial given no info ahead of time of what it would entail. The esthetician did not once explain to me what she was doing or putting on my face/neck throughout the five stages. After, I was taken back to the first room and given a high pressure sales pitch that felt very much like a timeshare experience I had some years ago. Before I left, the woman in that room asked to see my phone - she then proceeded to go to my google account and GIVE HERSELF a five star rating. When she gave me my phone back, she said they’d give me their best skincare lotion if I’d type something nice about my experience. (Their ‘best skincare lotion’ was so heavily perfumed I had to throw it away when I got home.) The next day my face was burning and my neck itching so bad I thought I’d scream. The itching and irritation on my neck has persisted for 3 months. My skin looks distressingly worse than ever and I can’t leave the house without a scarf to cover my neck. I had no idea what they had done or put on my face/neck and was given NO aftercare instructions. I contacted the company’s main office to ask for advice about the itching/irritation/burns (and be sure they were aware of the practices at the Knoxville office) and was basically dismissed. I am still getting NO response from Dolce despite several emails, nor did I ever receive the refund they promised in the one email I got from them the end of August. I hope your experience is better than mine. Just be wary of the numerous 5 star reviews given how they got mine. And be prepared for the high pressure sales pitch if you take them up on their specially priced facial ads.

I came in for my first facial and was pressured into a year plan after having a pretty good experience with the aesthetician. They never informed me upon signing up that she was leaving. The treatment wasn't working and by the 3rd month I complained, to no avail. They just kept rotating girls. They extract the money every month, whether you make your appt or not. There's a big turn over rate and they rotate girls constantly with no consistency. So not worth the 155 a month. ...
