My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience celebrating our 10 year anniversary at Dolce Vita. The receptionist suggested the couples hot stone massage which included celebratory bubbly and a lava cake. Everything was perfect. This package was so much more special than just doing our own services, for what we were celebrating. The massage therapists were perfect and champagne and cake was delicious!

Great atmosphere but since they switched the front area to handle all med spa it's been very confusing and I have had appts booked then changed because they didn't book with correct person. I am a member but the service has decreased over the last few months unfortunately, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

I was given a massage by Brooke Kamps and it was amazing. Very relaxing and firm. I left feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

My girls treated me to a first time ever Spa Day. Not knowing what to expect, it was amazing! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I found the facility to be very clean and the view spectacular.

Absolutely amazing! All the staff is helpful, caring and considerate. Atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. SOOOO glad I discovered this fabulous spa. Have been to both sides, med and day spa and will continue to get services from both. The Cha Cha Chi protein drink is the bomb. Victoria Patterson is simply the best RN. She has taken ten plus years off my face. She is passionate , kind, really listens to all of your concerns. She is truly an artist and has incredible talent. I trust her advice and follow the treatment plan she has designed for me. Simply an angel in disguise. Can not say enough kind things about her and all the staff. Highly recommend her services.

I’ve had a few massages here and they seem to be hit or miss. They’ve each time been with a different massage therapist but my most recent session was quite disappointing. It was very superficial - like the treatment was just applying oil to the skin, and it wasn’t symmetric - the few muscles that did get targeted were only on one side. They didn’t ask if the pressure was good or for feedback throughout. Before my treatment they had me fill out a questionnaire where I was asked the type of pressure and any places to avoid and it’s as if the therapist didn’t read that form at all. All the staff including all the massage therapists I’ve had have been very sweet but a few therapists have felt a bit inexperienced. I did really like Kala, she even gave me some demonstrations of stretching to do at home for my tense areas. There also isn’t a great selection of snacks in the female lounge area.

The BEST spa experience ever!! The spa alone and amenities are unmatched. Spent my birthday receiving the ultimate pamper package and it was worth every dime especially the Vichy table!! Also the sweet lady at the bar was amazing taking care of us the entire time! 10/10 recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, because they made me feel like I was a zero star customer. I was generously gifted the pamper package for my birthday and when I called in the day of my treatment to confirm check-in time they said someone had called them and cancelled my appointment. At this point, I was not very upset, I said there is probably another Lisa Kennedy and it is a mix up, I get it, not a problem, let’s reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day 11:15 check-in. I go to the counter to check-in and everyone seemed pretty confused and after I told them my name they all went in the back and did a bunch of whispering and eventually came out front to tell me that Lisa Kennedy called in this morning and cancelled. I told them this happened to me yesterday and I had my new appointments scheduled by phone yesterday and this is unacceptable. I was really excited and ready to relax and be pampered but instead I left this place angry. They were nowhere near apologetic I think they honestly think it was “my fault” I have a popular name and not their fault they can’t schedule properly. This should never happen and definitely not 2 days in a row to be same person. If you want to accommodate for your mistakes by just rescheduling me for a third time with no added perks or being sincere, it’s time to go back to customer service basics. Bottom line, if you have a popular name, don’t go here, it won’t be relaxing. I can’t figure out how to reply to the response to my post. However, it has been 5 days and I have yet to be contacted. They probably contacted the wrong Lisa again.

We had a wonderful experience at Dolce Vita. Ashley and Brooke were our therapists for the visit and they were fantastic every step of the way. I highly recommend them! We went in for the Connected Couples Retreat for 2 and had such a relaxing and rejuvenating time. This included a massage, mud mask for face, scalp cleansing, and foot scrub. It was exquisite and luxurious. The spa and their highly trained therapists don’t disappoint.

I bought a laser hair package and at the time was told that included the 6 sessions and then after that the touch ups would be $75 forever. Today when i went for a touch up they informed me that they will no longer be honoring that price and the price will go up $50 or more. Really disappointing because I love Tiffany there she does an amazing job, but I may need to find somewhere else to go.

Wonderful experience every time! Staff is so friendly , massage and facials have been awesome and the atmosphere is fantastic! Having Lase MD treatments done in the med spa has been an enlightening experience that has been well worth the cost. My technician Jeanine has been great with all of her help, explanations and recommendations! Looking forward to trying out more treatments in the future.
