I had a groupon for this company. I wanted to make an appointment before my groupon expired. I went to look up my groupon and my phone went dead. The next day I couldn't find it, so it took me like 2 more days before I actually got on and saw that the groupon was not there at all,anywhere .. so I contacted groupon's customer service they said they would find out what happened to give him a minute and they said it was redeemed. I said no it hasn't been redeemed I haven't even made an appointment yet I was trying to make an appointment I need to see what service and how many there was so that when I scheduled the appointment I wanted to scheduling it for what I needed to actually do. He said somebody would contact me in a few business days couple weeks later they finally contact me and tell me that they contacted doll baby beauty bar and they said I failed to show up for an appointment which is which is a LIE!!!! I never got that far!!!!! I'm still fighting with groupon trying to get my money back because I won't here even if they issued another voucher which was all I originally wanted, because I don't want to be involved with liars and cheaters!!! If you would like a reputable place to go.... GOTHAM AESTHETICS IS EXCELLENT, THEY HAVE GROUPONS, answer their phones, actually make reservations for you to show up to!!! They are customer oriented and actually want your business!

So it was my first time trying laser lipo and while I don't know how the results will be (it was literally 10 min ago), Keecia was great! Very professional and friendly, a great combo. I would recommend her to anyone, she's certified in many different procedures!
