I’ve tried it all, from Agnes, their facial sculpting tool, to Scarlet RF microneedling…for a youthful glow and more collagen production, all so good! The AquafirmeXS exosome facial is a game changer. My skin looks so youthful—I feel like I’ve aged backwards! The glow and smoothness are beyond what I could have hoped for. Their offerings include injectables, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and various aesthetic treatments. I love Crystal, the patient advocate, explains things clearly, helps with finances/ memberships, and reminds me of when I have appointments. I only trust Cynthia with my hormones therapy and esthetics. She is truly the best in San Antonio!

“I absolutely love The Dollhouse! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cynthia, the owner, is incredible—she stays up-to-date on all the latest medical procedures and products, which gives me so much confidence in the care I receive. Krystal is also amazing! I got botox for the first time with these guys! Jess not only made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease with the whole process by explaining to me what was happening every step of the way! But also explaining to me how everything worked and addressed all my questions and concerns! It's been about a week now and I am SO HAPPY with the results, she really listened to what I was trying to get from the treatment and made it happen!

I have been receiving anti-aging treatments with Cynthia for about 3 years. She’s amazing at what she does and has spent years training. She’s also experienced on the latest techniques. I always tell her she’s and “artist” when it comes to facial esthetics. She listens to me, makes educated recommendations and delivers the look I want 100% of the time. Her clinic staff are also wonderful, especially Crystal Ramirez, the Patient Care Coordinator. She makes sure I’m comfortable and completely understand my treatment plan. No one is pushy, or rude, and I’m always greeted with a smile. They all feel like friends to me. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that wants to be treated by a caring and expert esthetician. I look forward to many more years with Cynthia, Crystal and the rest of Doll House staff.

I will say I don’t typically leave reviews but after my amazing experience at Dollhouse I have to. First, I was greeted by the front receptionist ladies and asked if I would like a complimentary beverage. After arrival, I was placed in a room and was offered numbing cream because I previously had a consultation for filler and Botox. For my Botox Jessica the RN asked and listened attentively to my concerns— to be sure I was getting it placed in my problem areas. She did great and even at the two week follow up I was very satisfied with my results. For filler Cynthia asked about my specific areas that I wanted to target. She was very informative and we agreed to Restylane contour for my cheeks— which I’m absolutely obsessed with. Followed by a syringe of Restylane kysse in my lips to give more of a plump that I was looking for. My favorite part of the visit was leaving knowing I was in good hands. I felt confident in all areas of treatment that I received and loved my experience. I will say I’m extremely picky and hesitant when it comes to allowing someone to inject any part of my face, but after a lot of my own research and seeing the results… I will never go to another injector! Thank you Dollhouse!

I call the staff here my dream team and New Era (previously known as Doll House) has become my one-stop-shop for all my needs. I LOVE everything about this place including their all-star staff, which include Gena, David, Kristin, Torin and Angela who have all proven to be the top experts in their field. I'm always coming to them with questions and they're happy to educate and give guidance based on my individual needs. Their products are top of the line as well - from supplements to skincare - I'm beyond pleased with it all! For years, I put myself last on the priority list of things, and in 2020 at the age of 41, I decided to start putting myself first again. Some of the services I've received thus far include hormone replacement therapy, fillers, iv therapy and facials. I also receive services from Justin at the Modern Movement located inside New Era for the chronic pain I experienced for over a year - this is after visits with 2 orthopedic doctors, therapy at Airrosti, and massage therapy with no relief. On my first visit, I not only got immediate relief, but they found the underlying reason that was causing my pain and treated accordingly. The difference between when I first walked in their front door to now is night and day...I'm a completely different person in all aspects and have blossomed into the best version of myself possible - physically and mentally. I couldn't have done it without this dream team! Everyone here, including Cynthia, the master injector and founder, are beyond amazing! I have nothing but great things to say about New Era. I wouldn't be where I am today without their help and expertise. It's been a life changing experience and I look forward to many more years with them. Kristin had a lot of great information me and knew exactly what services would benefit me to achieve my goals. She really related to me on a personal level and I felt so comfortable there. The spa is so clean and sterile. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and professional. I purchased a vitamin B-12 shot PKG and purchased a supplement. I can not wait for my follow up visit.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and was immediately taken to a private room. Not only are rooms clean but beautifully decorated. I was booked for a consultation, but after having all my questions answered and talking about different courses of action I knew I wanted to proceed with a service and was able to be taken care of within in same day. Would definitely go back for other services.
