Hannah is the best! It took me months to finally pull the trigger & book an appointment & I’m SO glad that I did. I was so nervous going in there but she made sure that I would love my brows before I left & I did! I had my 8 week touch up yesterday & I’m so obsessed, it truly is an art! She’s also super sweet & personable & the shop is super cute! Highly recommend if you’ve been thinking about it.

I got my brows microshaded by Hannah and I’m so obsessed!!! She truly cares about her work, taking the time to perfect every detail to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. I’ve been contemplating getting my brows done for the longest time and I’m so glad I did it, it cuts my makeup routine in half! Hannah made it so worth it and she’s the sweetest too💕

I wish I could give this business a sixth star! I’ve been getting my brows microbladed by Hannah since 2022 and each time I am so incredibly satisfied. As a no frills girlie who rarely wears makeup, I was initially nervous that getting my brows done would result in a big shock factor. Hannah assured me everything would look super natural and spent an hour during the initial appointment making sure I was comfortable and happy with the shape. Today I still get compliments on my brows from friends and even strangers and they always get really close to my face and squint at my brows when I tell them they’re microbladed because they look that natural. Aside from the amazing work, the studio is clean, cute, and comfortable, and Hannah is a pleasure to converse with. I am a fan for life! :)

I’m so thrilled to have found Dollhouse Beauty Parlor! I was looking for a place that offered more options. There seem to be quite a few places that offer ombre, or at least showcase this style and not much else. I literally researched for years to determine which style I wanted (microblading, ommbre, nanoblading, etc.) and when I decided on nanoblading, took a bit more time to figure out where to go. Vivian did such an amazing job. I get excited each time I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I’m not ashamed to say that I’ve popped open the front facing camera to take a look-see too😊 Vivian is so detail oriented and really brought the brow of my dreams to life! The fact that I get to wake up with fuller, even, and natural-looking brows feels so good. Not only did my brows come out just the way I want, I felt so welcomed the second I came in. Such a warm, comfortable environment. Thank you so, so much. This place has a forever client in me❣️ Highly, highly recommend.

All of the owners work at this establishment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt right at home. Kind, funny, and meticulous. Don’t be scared for the first week your eyebrows will look way more dramatic and darker then you wanted. TRUST the process! At the end of the week when they had completely healed I am in shock at how natural and beautiful they look. Definitely worth the cost. I have had this service twice before years ago and also it was much more painful. I was not wincing in pain. Amazing experience. You can bring a little blanket for comfort as well. Plus The salon is chic but guess what? NO SNOBS 🤗. Im moving 5 hours away but I will be coming to town and getting a hotel for my touch ups. A lot of people do microblading now and honestly there are a lot of bad ones. These girls have over 5 years mastering there skills. Be prepared to be mildly jealous because they ALL look like models and are nice and hilarious. Peace

Amazing!!! I had my brows done prior to going to Dollhouse and didn’t like the shape or color. Kimberly and Hannah did an awesome job at reshaping my brows to better match my face and the color is perfect! I was also told different after care instructions and my hair strokes have never healed better! These girls know what they are doing and I absolutely trust their work.

Believe the hype!!! Kimberly is AMAZING: down to earth and funny, she immediately made me feel at ease. I usually get very nervous in beauty salons, but the hours flew by. The space is gorgeous too. No hesitations about coming back. Kimberly is a precise and detailed expert who will patiently work with you and explain what you need to know. Even when I had no idea what shape/color to get, Kimberly listened to what I wanted and worked with me to decide. After the session, she answered questions very helpfully too, since aftercare is important to how the brows heal Now that I've gotten the brows and a touch up, I've gotten so many compliments---I'm in love with my new brows!!! Worth every penny, can't wait to encourage ppl to come to Dollhouse

I’m gonna say this and I know the owners will not be happy but people need to know. This place is based solely on looks, if you’re old don’t even bother coming here because if you don’t get the results you wanted they will tell you it’s because of your old, “oily”, saggy skin. Yea, they made me feel like it was my fault that my results were not what I wanted. When in-fact I did EVERYTHING she told me to do. They made me feel like my money was worth nothing (even tho I spent almost $700). Also, make sure you wear expensive and flashy clothes so you can feel welcomed. Believe me when I say this, They are solely on looks and fake.

Kimberly worked her magic!! A previous microblading experience really messed up my brows. She was able to correct them and make them better than I could have imagined! Her and her sister were also so friendly and fun and I felt beyond welcomed. I will never trust anyone else with my eyebrows! Definitely recommend

I write very few reviews, particularly within the service industry because I am myself a service provider. I have to be pretty appalled by an experience to merit an attempt to discourage others from visiting. I had my initial appointment with Kimberly for microblading in November. I was incredibly explicit about the tone that I did not want. I explained that I had had permanent make up about 15 years previously and it had healed incredibly warm and I didn’t want anything even close to warm. 4 hours later I left with brows that people asked me for the next month why “they had used burgundy on me.” So I decided to do my retouch with Vivian, the owner. I sent pictures of my brows showing how they had healed extremely light, very warm and very patchy. In this email I also asked to be placed on a cancellation list as I wasn’t able to book for quite some time. 11 days later I finally received a response that I would be put on the cancellation list (no mention of anything else) When I returned to Dollhouse for my retouch in February with Vivian, she was visibly surprised by my brows, asked me “why are they pink?!” and had to move the appointment after me because she had to essentially start over again. She acted annoyed and expressed she “hadn’t been told” despite the fact that I had emailed pictures. At the end of my nearly 4 hour second appointment she told me not to assess them for a month and to let her know how they healed. After a month the color was fine, the general shape was fine but I had visible holes at the top of both brows where shading did not blend to the micro bladed strokes. The bottom of my right brow looked warbled. I sent pictures in an email again and asked the best way to go about fixing the holes. A week later I sent the email again as I had received no response. I finally received an email back telling me to go book “additional shading” online. Then after I expressed that this level of customer service was frustrating and I expected more I got an email telling me, again, to book online - this time another retouch. I will not be returning to Dollhouse Beauty Parlor, even after the inevitable owner response to this review is publicly posted offering me a time before 6/24 (the time told to me in my last email as first available) or some kind of price break on what should be an unnecessary THIRD appointment, in a thinly veiled attempt to have me take this review down. I have no patience for this level of customer service particularly in a luxury service industry. There are plenty of businesses that would value their work on someone’s face being pristine over a couple of hundred bucks to get me back in again. Congratulations if you made it this far. I hope you take my account into serious consideration while researching where to get your face tattooed.

Kim has changed my life with her expertise!!! I have always been skeptical about getting my eyebrows done because it’s such a drastic change to the face and if you don’t like them, there’s not the ease of going back. She has completely transformed the way I look and took the fear completely out. I highly recommend going to this shop! All of the girls are so welcoming and kind! Kim was always on time, clean, helpful in answering all questions, gave such a detailed service and took her time! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I strongly would not recommend this place! The owner is unprofessional and dishonest about her business! As a customer, when I texted her a question about my eyebrows, she ignored my question completely until 2 months later. I am certain that she received my message because I sent her two massages, and she finally replied my text to remind me of my touch up appointment after 2 months later. The front of my eyebrows are incomplete, missing a shape and too light. The color is fading quickly. My eyebrows are out of shape now. I have to look for someone else to fix it. Horrible customer service!!! Will never go back again!

Kim is absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail, passion, care, and quality of work are unmatched! I hesitated for years before eventually taking the plunge and scheduling the appointment. Even during the appointment, I had some anxiety. Kim was a true professional and explained the process and after care instructions thoroughly. If you are hesitating, don’t! It is worth it if you have been contemplating getting your brows microbladed. Kim took my brows, which haven’t been touched in 4 years and transformed them into something that actually enhances and compliments my face! This place is a gem; highly recommend! My eyebrows turned out so good. I went to Hannah and she did a correction for me, I went somewhere else initially and I was so unhappy. She fixed my brows and now they look great just in time for my wedding! I have oily skin & she gave me different after care instructions which I definitely think helped my brows heal so much better. Vivian and the rest of the staff here are awesome. I’ve wanted my eyebrows microbladed for a long time but wanted to be sure I had great quality work. Vivian took plenty of time drawing out the shape of my eyebrows, asking me questions about how I usually did them, comparing what she had drawn to photos of how I usually did them and really spent a thorough amount of time to ensure we had them exactly right before we began microblading. After she applied the topical numbing cream we discussed color and she mixed a custom shade for me before she started. The process was very comfortable and she ensured to reapply the numbing cream as necessary. The aftercare instructions were clear and consistent and helped my eyebrows heal amazing. We did a touch up appointment at 8 weeks and the final looks is amazing. I would recommend Vivian and her team are amazing, the shop was amazingly clean and they take health and safety seriously. I would recommend them to anyone!

My mom and I had our brows done my Kimberly and Vivian they were amazing enough to set up our appointments on the same day and time. My mom needed nano blading done and I micro blading even with the rough history my mom had with botched microblading and tattooing over the years. Kimberly and Vivian took their time to draw and measure out our eyebrows it was a long process but worth the wait and time they had put in! I definitely recommend Vivian and Kimberly for any one whose been dreaming of there perfect eyebrows!

OMG! Kimberly is absolutely AMAZING! I came in with old and grey looking eyebrows from another microblading salon and I was really nervous to see if they could be refreshed. BUT Kimberly was able to refresh them and now they look better than ever. Kimberly is so bubbly, out-going, hilarious, and just an over-all wonderful person. She made me feel very comfortable and asked me often if I was doing okay. The salon is so beautiful and made me feel safe and comfortable with its COVID precautions. If you are thinking about getting your brows microbladed for the first time OR you need your brows refreshed from a previous artist's work, then YOU HAVE TO COME HERE!

This review is very long overdue. Back in 2017, I had been looking at many different people for microblading, and had a hard time finding an artist that I really liked. That all changed once I saw my friend’s fresh new brows, done by Vivian. They looked amazing! So I quickly went and made an appointment for my brows. I opted for the nano brows because they last the longest. During my appointment Vivian was so attentive in listening to my concerns. My eyebrows were naturally uneven because I had a tendency to raise my left brow so it was a little higher. Vivian meticulous outlined my new brow shape and it looked perfect! The whole process wasn’t bad at all since she numbs you up and at the end, you walk out the door with fresh new eyebrows that you don’t have to try to shape/fidget with every morning. It’s been 3 years and I still get compliments to this day about how nice they look.
