Always a clean and well organized salon. Dolly does hair and facials HERSELF if you're lucky enough to get a reservation. She does a lot of little extras when I've gotten one of her facials. Such a treat. And this pist is just in time for Valentins Day !!!

I randomly ran into Dolly Quinn Salonspa when my car broke down, and was welcomed with generous hospitality. Rebecca and Dolly helped me out and turned what would’ve been a stressful day into a fun and memorable one. Just got my first facial here and it was amazing!! Dolly will take care of you and make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend! :)

I ended up finding this salon+spa through ClassPass and I am so grateful I did! The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet and gave me a tour of the salon, which was super cool! I got a great manicure from Brittany and will definitely be back 🖤

If you prefer a salon/spa experience where the air smells clean, refreshing and pure, where everyone is personable and treats you like royalty, you will love Dolly Quinn Salon and Spa. I enjoyed the signature pedicure and my feet felt fantastic. They honor your requests and customize your experience. The pedicure included soaking, massage, stone therapy, and relaxation galore.

Once again Dolly has created magic with her experience and special pizzazz. My hair was just getting blah with the gray slightly yellowing. Now it is amazing. Just a few fine additions of chestnut brown and the gray is just as shiny and bright as can be. I was sure we were going to bleach it or do something more damaging. Thanks Doll for being amazing. I will be back soon.

Still one of the best facials I’ve had to this day. Between traveling a lot and being in a dry climates, my skin is constantly in need of a pick me up, and Dolly does the best job of it! Always worth it, and always look forward to my time there!

When I entered the salon I was politely greeted by an older gentleman who offered a beverage and snack. This is one of the only places that I know of that offer a beverage and a snack, setting a very high standard in my book. I waited a little and the owner came up to the front and struck up a conversation. It was fascinating to learn and hear of her experiences and qualities that she offers. I received a fantastic shampoo, the best I would say, and Dolly with her assistant Brittany both took a look at my hair. After my haircut I received a pedicure, again, top notch and Brittany was wonderful. The experience was like visiting a Time Capsule of love and care. I always felt like I was in great hands and I learned more about my hair and nails from my visit. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Dolly and Brittany for your self care needs.

oh my goodness! dolly quinn salon is amazing. if you are looking for someone who makes you feel beautiful for any occasion, she is your girl. she made sure i was happy with my hair each step of the way, and made me feel comfortable in her space. the price is more then fair for the amount of work she puts in.

Both my mother and I were recently diagnosed with breast cancer within 6 months of each other. Before my mother started chemo we took her to see Dolly to get her hair cut short before it fell out with chemo. Once I received the same diagnosis I knew I could call Dolly for help. You feel right at home with Dolly and she has the biggest heart. She was supportive and detailed and did a meticulous job with my hair. She is a true artist. I have never had my hair short and was dreading having it short and falling out with chemo. Dolly did an amazing job and I am loving the short cut before it falls out. She does this out of the kindness of her heart and it is such an amazing thing to help those battling cancer not have to worry about how to handle the changes with their hair. I couldn’t recommend anyone more then Dolly for any of your beauty needs!!

Brittany is my go to person at Dolly Quinn salonspa When Im getting my hair cut and colored in Tucson. I always struggle between what I want and what I need. Brittany always finds a good balance and give the best advice every time! She walks you through the process and make you feel so comfortable when she is working with you. My hair looks so good and feels so healthy. I love it!! She also gave me my first facial and Brittany was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I'm so impressed with the final result. My face has never felt nor looked better. Thanks Again Brittany your Amazing!!!

I LOVE this place. Superior quality product. They really work! The yonka lightening cream (correcteur Cible) really works! faded my dark age spots. Then i went in for a facial - amazing hydrating express facial. Brittney and Dolly rocked it! AND I followed it with an express pedi. Amazing! Super clean, great linens! Customer service and individual attention a priority! AWESOME!!!!

Dolly Quinn has the BEST facial in all of Tucson! I usually get the signature or express facial, depending on how much time I have. Her attention to detail and client care is unmatched. I feel like a queen every time I leave the salon! She also runs incredible promotions and understands that affordability is important. I cannot speak highly enough about Dolly. I just want everyone to experience the magic for themselves.

After months of sheltering in place due to COVID19, I desperately needed a haircut. I've known Dolly and her team for years, so I knew without a doubt they'd have really high standards for sanitation, self-distancing, adherence to mask rules, etc. Dolly and team did not let me down. Upon entering, her salonspa was as peaceful and lovely as ever, the way a spa should look and feel, but front and center was an area where I could sanitize my hands (they even had disposable gloves for the guests if desired). And we aren't talking about cheap/toxic hand sanitizer --I mean really nice cleaning options that left my hands feeling good and helped me ease into the spa experience. Check-in was done from a safe distance and they'd spaced out guest appointments to prevent a crowd. Dolly spent a lot of time with me/with my hair, and I came out looking and feeling great. She and I wore masks the entire time. Howard and team rotated around the salonspa cleaning and sanitizing. Check-out was done from a safe distance. I HIGHLY recommend Dolly Quinn Salonspa for anyone wanting a beauty refresher in a peaceful, lovely, clean, COVID19 compliant environment.

Best customer service you’ll find. Dolly truly listens to you and takes great care in making your experience lovely. Her products are top quality and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The warm rocks were a delightful addition to my pedicure. I enjoyed seeing all the wonderful products she has to offer as well. I really enjoyed that she took her time with me and wasn’t watching the clock, which is rare these days. The place was also spotless and was set up for safety and proper distancing. I highly recommend Dolly’s spa; I left feeling like a new person. As a side note, I have a special love for sea turtles so when I saw the bronze sea turtle on the wall I knew I was in the right place!

Dolly and Kirstin are amazing and love what they do. Kirstin is so good at making ideas into reality. They both provide a warm, inviting, safe, and clean environment. They uphold their mask policy and are constantly cleaning before as well as after every client. This is the best place in Tucson to get all of your hair, nails, and skin care needs taken care of!

Had Dolly’s famous signature facial as described below. There really are no words to adequately explain the experience. I have had facials at four season resorts that don’t come close to what Dolly does. Not only are the products fantastic for my skin, the pampering of my feet and arms and neck, especially the warm stones and the warm booties and hand mitts, make the experience so much more than a facial. I highly recommend you treat yourself to her signature facial experience. If you’re like me, you will be booking your next one before you even leave the shop 🙂

I'm not one to write reviews, good, bad , or otherwise, but I have to say Dolly Quinn SalonSpa is a Class A, No. 1 salon! Dolly has been doing my hair for 40 years now and I hate to think about what I will do if she ever decides to retire. I just tried their new Yon-Ka Aroma Energy Treatment. If you want to simply lie there and relax, this treatment could easily put you to sleep. If interested in a little conversation, or would like to find out about the treatment as you lie there, Dolly will explain every step in detail. Either way, it was "to die for". I always look forward to my next SalonSpa experience with Dolly and her team.

This was my first visit and it was such a wonderful breath of fresh air! I really needed something that could fit with my work schedule, while still taking COVID precautions. The Dolly Quinn salon had an easy online booking, VERY clean salon- even a special air purifier that they installed in their air system! The pedicure was fabulous and so relaxing. Dolly recommended different services, and I ended up booking another service in November. It was such a wonderful experience with such pleasant people. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about this salon!

I love it here! I got a spafinder gift card from work and saw all the good reviews about Dolly's. I called to see if they could fit me in for a color same day and they called me back within 45 mins and got me in. Dolly is so awesome! I'm so pleased with the atmosphere and customer service. They offered me drinks, snacks, and lunch since it was lunchtime. I will definitely be coming back and spending my money and time here for any salon or spa services. Wonderful customer service! The atmosphere is inviting and I feel like I'm at home. They treated me like an old friend. I really appreciate that. It is so important to me.

Local business with excellent customer service. My family has been a customer for more years than I can count. Dolly is a dear friend who has always been there for the special moments in life. She came to my wedding venue (on her day off) to style my hair and help any of my bridesmaids that wanted it. She painted our nails and made us feel so relaxed. She also sells locally made items for other small businesses and crafters. Go visit or schedule and appointment; you will not be disappointed.
