I came today for my facial appointment at 6h15 but no one was there and when i called her name is Melissa she told me i cancel your appointment without any notice or she never told me anything and she said just get your groupon money back. I felt ignored at this place and no one cared. Will never come back to this place again

I had to cancel my appointment because of an illness in my family. I got several nasty and rude messages from Melissa for canceling. I’ve never had someone be so nasty to me over a cancellation. I understand the inconvenience but to get called derogatory names when you already feel unwell is another level. She said she’s going to charge me extra when I come in again just out of spite. Steer clear of this crazy person.

My wife was unable to make the appointment because my wife and my daughter were very sick. Melissa texted us yelling at us over the course of several nasty messages for canceling. She said she was going to charge us extra money for our next appointment because we canceled. Life happens and you want to work with someone that understands that sometimes things come up.

I thought she was nice and did a nice job. But when I got home I was disappointed with the fact there’s a chunk section that is completely uneven to the rest of the my color! And the fact I’d gotten this done a few days before my wedding is what upsets me the most. I won’t be returning

Michael cut and colored my hair. He was very professional, experienced, and efficient. This was hands down the best hair experience I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be back.

Michael is one of a kind! Fabulous! If I ever move I will have to figure out how to get back here just so he can do my hair. Zu is the nail tech there and her work is impeccable. I do gels and they last the entire 4 weeks!!!

Moved here from Florida, used a Groupon to get a cut and partial highlights. Trusted Melissa and went for a major change. She did amazing. She's funny and knows what she's doing...even with my naturally curly hair! Loved my experience, only wish I'd taken before and after photos.
