If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife, Lenore, booked an appointment with Joselyn, confirmed everything directly with her over the phone, and even called on the day of the appointment to ask for directions. Lenore was just five minutes away when Joselyn suddenly claimed she had never spoken to her and insisted there was no appointment—despite Lenore having proof of the conversation. Joselyn didn’t just refuse to honor the appointment; she was unbelievably rude and unapologetic. She dismissed my wife entirely, saying she couldn’t do the appointment anyway because she was babysitting. Her tone was condescending and completely unprofessional, as if wasting someone’s time is no big deal. This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had with a so-called professional. Joselyn blatantly lied, disrespected my wife, and couldn’t even be bothered to take responsibility for her mistake. If you value your time, energy, or basic human decency, avoid Joselyn at all costs. She has no business working with clients or running any sort of business. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

My hair service with Josi was amazing! My blowout came out fabulously, and I will definitely be returning. I can’t wait to get the Botox treatment for my hair. Here are some photos of me before, during, and after the process. I also added extensions later for my trip. Thank you so much! I highly recommend booking with her.
