Excelente servicio y buenas atenciones. Hoy fue mi primera visita en este salón y debo decir que me encanto. El salón es súper limpio, las estilistas muy amables y la mejor parte es que te arreglan divino y sin maltratar tu pelo. Me realice lavado y secado con ondas solo utilizando solamente el blower y quedé enamorada, mi pelo quedó muy voluminoso. Definitivamente regresaré

i came with my sister to get her hair done for her 21st birthday on july 30th, around 5 pm. upon arriving, a woman was standing outside talking with a friend and seemed irritated that we inquired about straightening our hair. she was the only one in the shop, so she began washing my hair. midway through the wash, she says she won't do my sister's hair, as she's the only one working. i have relatively short hair so i knew my blowout would be less than an hour, so we were confused. either way, she could have communicated that to us before she started washing my hair. my sister left to go to a different salon, and she continued to do my hair. after the wash, which took about 10-15 minutes, she sat me down in a chair. she began blow drying my hair but honestly was touching my hair like she didnt know what she was doing. there were small roaches coming out of the drawers next to us and on the floor as well, which was gross. she would stop periodically seemingly for no reason. i asked for a blowout and for my hair to be straightened, and at the end of the service my hair had so much volume and was bumped at the ends. i asked her to go over my hair again as i wanted it straight. she did not go over my hair with a flat iron at all, just a blow dryer - and was annoyed that i requested her to fix my hair. i have had tons of dominican blowouts before (as i am hispanic myself) and by far this was the worst one. before the service was over she was asking for cash or zelle, and didn't bother to ask if i liked my hair (i didn't lol). i told her how i felt and she just moved on to another woman who was there before me. if you want a mediocre blowout in a place with questionable sanitary practices, then come here. otherwise, janni's v hair salon 1 block away is worth every penny. my sister went there, her blowout was fantastic, and they fixed mine as well. they even cut my hair at no additional cost. this place is economical ($40) but a waste of money if you actually want your style to last, compared to janni's where they prioritize your hair health, acknowledge your thoughts, and take their time. for the sake of your hair and time just spend $35 more dollars and walk one block to janni's. don't bother coming here lol

The ladies here take care of me. When I arrive, I am greeted warmly like family, get a lil cup of coffee and get the best shampoo, blow dry and haircut in town! The prices are reasonable, the salon has a modern decor and they play the latest Latin hits. The hairstylists are experienced and ready to work their magic to make you feel fabulous with a new look.
