This is so hurtful, my daughter went to get her hair colored she used to call though she thought it was okay to walk in being that she's been going there since she was a teenager . My daughter is in her thirties now and the owner was so rude and not so nice talking about next time call trying to get extra money from her. My daughter is a loyal customer she trust her to cut her hair in which i as the mother felt she cut too much. I prayed one day that she leave this salon alone I prayed that she opened her eyes and see it's all about the money. Yes they do a great job but the prices are too high like they're in Manhattan somewhere. My daughter showed her a nice color and after she colored her hair it was not the same color! I would have paid her half called the cops all of that she lucky she got any money from my child. Horrible!!!! you just lost a customer and if you're reading this you know who I'm talking about that was not nice at all how you treat your loyal customers and how you treated my daughter shame on you.

I went there last week with my hair in tons of knots. I was so worried that she wouldn't be able to fix my hair but she was amazing she called me down she helped me to tangle my hair and my hair came out feeling amazingly soft. To this day is still soft and extremely manageable. Will be going there from now on.

I came in last minute for a quick haircut I had long hair asked for front layers cutting just an inch off. I left with hair to my shoulders and the lady kept making comments to her friends that my hair was damaged. When her hair looked like hay ! Worst service I’ve ever had.

I have very thin hair on front top and Julia managed to style my hair that flatters my problem. She is reasonably priced and courteous. I am definitely going back to her.

Norma completely destroyed my hair. Didn’t do a strand test before bleaching. Now my hair is all different colors, blotchy & patchy. Service didn’t match her reviews. Highly disappointed & now my hair is ruined!

This is my home away from home! I always go to Norma. Lil sweet lady her hands are blessed. Lola is a great hairdresser as well. I always get a wash and deep conditioning with a blowout. Clip the ends if needed and flatiron. They are super quick and informative and will tell you what your hair needs before starting. Te amo Norma 💕
