They don’t do cards! Only Cash and you have to use their ATM ! Not friendly at all ! Prices are very high and inconsistent!

My hair was very beautiful but the stylist burnt my hair. She did not put anything on it to protect my hair from burning. I will not return.

The owner and her receptionist is Very rude. Prices are never consistent. Every visit it increase without valid reasoning. No way my hair is thicker or longer within two weeks. If you do not have cash you’re required to use their atm machine.

I went in there to get blowout like I usually would I was surprised that my hair was done so fast and I was happy with the results my hair had never been that straight before. I decided to wash it and it smelled very burnt when I washed it and I had to cut off 4-5 inches. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you love your curly hair.

The owner is rude and everyone that worked for her has left. Appropriately 5 years I started going to this salon but my stylist relocated to Jones road so I would occasionally still pop in to this salon. While there one day another customer and I started talking about the stylists that left so I gave her the lady number on Jones rd. When I tried to go back there the owner refused to serve me and ask that I do not come back because she saw and heard me give the stylist information that left contact information to another customer the last time I was there . I am still in shock of her unprofessionalism. Stay away!! Prices to high and the disrespect is unbelievable.

I Went in to ask how much for a silk press . They charge 50$ for the service but wanted to charge me $95 for thickness which is disgusting. I would of been okay with $60 at most if they offer!

I go every month mostly or every other month for the past 2 years. Every time I come the price increases. I understand things change but an increase from 60 to 80+ with no reasoning is horrible. She then said it depends on how you come in with your hair (so im guessing it will always go up my hair is beyond thick but I didn’t know that determines the cost just thought it was a flat rate). She then ask me how much I paid last visit I told her my normal $60 and her response well it’s $80 today. As I TRIED expressing myself to the receptionist at the desk with long hair she didn’t give a dam and told me she had to go she had other customers. Her customer service is horrible no explanation as to why and she brushed me off. Their not very friendly to begin with but due to their great service in my thick hair I continue to go. She didn’t even try to make it right. I will now find another spot to go to it’s crazy how one bad seed can mess things up for entire company. I know I’m only one person but I’m sure my money will be appreciated elsewhere.

I had a blowout 9-6-22 and returned eleven days later after I washed my hair and it was coming out in the shower. I'm turning this place into the cosmetology board and I suggest others who have had this experience do the same.

I've been coming to this salon for at least 9 years. They have always been slightly rude, never friendly, but I just chalked it up to the culture because they do excellent hair. Today I was denied service because I had my daughter with me. I've been going here longer than I've had a child. I've never heard of a beauty salon,a nail shop, any place of service that denies you because you have a child...needless to say today was my last day going in there. Sad but customer service has finally outweighed their ability to do hair. Side note after being their for 8 years they went up on the cost to do my hair. Most companies just let the customer know that they are having price increases but they made it seem like my hair was thicker and longer, when actually it's thinner and shorter... Hope this review helps someone.

If I could give this business ZERO stars, oh trust me I would. I was a walk - in and the first thing that I noticed was, the prices were off the top of their heads. On top of that I’m natural. After leaving the shop, I noticed my hair was thin. I didn’t really think anything of it until I washed it for the first time. The BREAKAGE, THE DAMAGE. They RUINED my natural hair. My hair is literally breaking off everywhere. I am involving legal action, because the products they used was down right illegal. Without my consent they used chemicals to “tame” my hair. I asked “can you do NATURAL hair” the lady replied yes.

My daughter got her hair done here. Very nasty hairstyles . My daughter is 13 she was very rude to her but if the child is rude and disrespectful the child has no home training now I see why the kids are the way they are because you have adults that don't know how to respect children along with the last few times this place has been all over the place with the hairstyles speaking very reckless in Spanish as if no one understands them. I hope you all enjoy that last 80.00 I will not be back. To expensive for the customer service you get.

Overpriced $75 for a wash and blow dry for both me and my daughter with 2 different textures of hair and 2 different lengths. My daughter only 10 smh they just make up prices as you walk in. They heat on the dryers to high I kept pulling my head cuz it was to hot. Yall do to much and dont even have to why sit us under the dryer then blow dry our hair while it just barely damp thats not healthy at all.

WARNING, NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! I don't like to leave bad reviews, in fact this is the first time I've done it. But I came to this Beauty salon for the first time, because I needed a haircut and a blower. I arrived and the receptionist asked me to let my hair out to see the texture of my hair which I have no problem with that. Then one of the stylists made a sarcastic comment about my hair. not knowing that I understood Spanish until the other coworker, told her to watch her way of speaking because I spoke Spanish. this same person (I think her name is IVANIA OR ANA, I don't remember her name exactly) but she continued making erroneous comments about the other black ladies who kept arriving (she said that their hair was very difficult to treat) I lived in NY for more than 5 years I always went to different Dominican’s salon and I never had a bad experience because they are usually very friendly people. But I’m clear about something that I will NEVER EVER return to this place. I now understand why the BAD REVIEWS!! I don't recommend it at all. ADVERTENCIA, NO RECOMENDADO !!!! No me gusta dejar malas críticas, de hecho es la primera vez que lo hago. Pero vine a este salón de belleza por primera vez porque necesitaba un corte de pelo y un secador. Llegué y la recepcionista me pidió que me soltara el cabello para ver la textura de mi cabello el cual no tengo problema con eso. Entonces uno de los estilistas hizo un comentario sarcástico sobre mi cabello. sin saber que entendía español hasta que la otra compañera le dijo que cuidara su forma de hablar porque yo hablaba español. esta misma persona (creo que se llama IVANIA O ANA, no recuerdo su nombre exactamente) pero continuaba haciendo comentarios erroneos sobre las demas negras que continuaban llegando (decia que su cabello era muy dificil de tratar) vivia en NY desde hace más de 5 años siempre iba a diferentes salones de dominicanos y nunca tuve una mala experiencia porque suelen ser personas muy amables. Pero tengo algo claro que JAMÁS JAMÁS volveré a este lugar. ¡Ahora entiendo por qué las MALAS RESEÑAS! No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

I did color, wash and blow dry. Heir service was all perfect expect for the coloring part. I don’t think you should get in here for coloring, but other than that, it was perfect.

Their prices are way to high. The services is way to fast and lousy. I’m from Brooklyn NY a wash and set is normally 35 to 40 dollars. The cost of living in Texas is way cheaper than New York. My question is why come way to south and over charge the clients? Bad business. This place deserves a 1 or no stars at all.
