If you love your hair, do not go to this salon. I went to this salon about two weeks ago for a wash and press but they put relaxer in the conditioner without my knowledge. When I went to wash my hair two weeks later, my hair was coming out in clumps and tangled. I went to a different stylist to see why my hair was coming out and she confirmed that there was an active relaxer in my hair. She smelled the chemicals from it. I went from armpit length hair to a short bob because the breakage was too much to save my hair. What they are doing is unethical and this shop needs to be shut down. Do not go here!

Bring your on deep conditioner because the have relaxer in it it made some of my hair fall out but overall love this place?

I always love how me and my daughter hair is done cheap affordable and it lasts and good service they just don't speak English too much but it's okay they make it work lol

They don’t know how to dye hair correctly and the deep condition has a relaxer in it (bring your own). They do , wash , cut and straighten really good though. So 3 stars.

Hair wash was very rough, i felt like a baby doll with a kid raking through my hair. Im sure some came out because it was tangled. My hair was bone straight for 2 weeks. Quick but the service is shot.

The lady who washed my hair was soooo rough! It hurt so bad. I told her it hurt she said OK & proceeded to scrape my scalp with her fingers as if my scalp had no feeling. Once I got to her chair, she burned me with the tools she's was drying my hair with. No tip was left poor experience

I wish I could give zero stars. This was THE WORST salon experience I’ve ever had! The lady who washes hair had no regard for me (the client) she sprayed me so many times I had water dripping down to my belly button. While she cackled amongst other stylist. She was also extremely rough. I had to tell her multiple times that she was being far too rough and then she started to detangle my hair and whatever was tangled she just started to rip it apart MY HAIR. I had to take the comb and detangle it myself!!! My hair was coming out in CLUMPS!! She quickly grabbed the clumps of hair and discarded it. I managed to keep a small clump but I walked out with curls but they weren’t what I normally would recognize. It was thin, my scalp had literal dry patches right in the front and my edges are basically gone.

I've been coming here since day one I personally can't complain I walk in & always next however they will try to put you under a hair dryer in a minute if you don't speak up there prices have went up I don't like that but it's my go to hair salon I like most of the girls who sit in the first 2 chairs on both sides I don't let anyone in the back so my hair

I’m African-American woman and I got my hair dye copper red . The hair dresser burn my hair completely.. when I try to tell her she tried to say leave it for 30 minutes. I came back a few days later complaining and they make me pay again please do not come here.

The salon was very clean. I walked in and was sent to the shampoo person. I was in and out in 1 hour. Great experience!!!

Went in for a wash and press, with trim cut. The owner chop all the middle of my hair. The cut was BAD. She hated on the length of my hair. The worst hair cut I have ever had. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THAT SHOP. Afro Americans. They are haters. I went on Aug. 21, 2020. I had to go somewhere else to get most of my hair cut, to repair the damage she had done to my hair. This place has a history if cutting wine with long hair intentionally cutting hair in BAD CUT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DOMINICAN SHOP. THE JEALOUSY OF THESE DOMINICAN WOMEN INTENTIONALLY CUTTING SOMEONE HAIR (Afro American women) BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE THEM DUE TO THEIR RACE. IS INTENTIONAL AND WRONG AND MEANNESS. READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS. MANY OF THEM HAVE BEEN DELETED. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

they do not know how to properly care for African Americans our hair type well mine I tried to give this shop a second chance and no good outcome the older Spanish lady in the back has no knowledge of my type hair i tried explaining that I wanted my hair cut the shop workers would laugh and speak in their language something smart when I suggested to cut my hair also I noticed the other older Spanish lady was being to harsh on a child's hair brushing and blow drying her hair to aggressively smh

I been coming here for 2yrs… It’s best to come as soon as they open. They always have 5-7 hairs stylist there. They are pretty reasonable when it comes to prices. They do all kinds of hairstyles for women and girls. Always communicate exactly what you want to the stylist.. if there is language barrier there are stylist that do speak English. They take cash and credit card. And make sure to get drop off or park a few blocks a way because parking is very difficult at times to find. Be expected to hear music and people talking . wear a mask is by your choice. I say you should. It’s very crowed at times.

My hair was very nice a curly i went to them on Nov 2nd my hair is dry and my curls are flat. Then the lady kept talking about my hair. Whole time they must put relaxer in their conditioner... And made my hair so dry.... Never again will I go back. i stop going and decided to go. i wish I didn't.
