This salon is putting relaxer, texturizer or some sort of Karitin treatment in their shampoo and conditioner and washing your hair with it to make it straighter and easier for them to do your hair! If I could give it no stars I would! I went in the salon for a wash and set and the women by the name of KATHY completely ruined my natural hair texture by adding something to the shampoo and conditioner that I had no idea she was doing! Please if you are a natural hair girl don’t go to this salon! They will ruin your hair! I will never go back to this salon or any other Dominican salon as this is their practice smh, my hair fell out in clumps because of this salon and I will be looking to get a lawyer!!

Took my daughter for her hair to be maintenance. I was referred by Tay they did a good job on my baby girl hair I don’t usually leave reviews but she was so happy I wanted to say thank you to Sarah and the team, she did a great job on my daughter hair. Clean shop, welcoming and affordable!

I just left the salon and had a great experience I definitely will be back I came in with a sew in a month old nobody would quote me reasonable prices I guess because I was calling with a NY number but this place did…I read the reviews and was real skeptical… when I first came in I was greeted by Brady he’s friendly and on top of everything when I tell you I was nervous getting in the wash chair from the reviews I was but honestly it’s NOTHING to be nervous OPEN YOUR MOUTH if you want a certain look or you read something so you don’t want “chemicals” whatever the case is just communicate if anything quietly communicating with Brady will be fine! I didn’t say anything to anybody and honestly I didn’t have any chemicals in my hair but I just see how personable and family oriented they are I feel you can just be honest and they will take care of you! SARAH did my weave and baby I walked out looking like this was my real hair I paid less than expected and less that what they told me!!! Make sure yall have good quality hair if you are getting sew in maintenance it’s not they fault if you got bad bundles fr but Sarah is so sweet amazing customer service she made me feel super beautiful and definitely can do bomb weave she gotta be mixed w/ African American lol but all jokes aside this is a honest review I came here on edge I didn’t even close my eyes for the wash and when I tell you I’m so comfortable I will be back and I will recommend!!! Even the customers was hugging them and talking to me the environment definitely gives me back home vibes they gotta be from NY !!!! 10/10 yall can’t tell me my bundles not giving a blow out I just got a compliment writing this review…. This is definitely my new home!!! I will return !!!!

Drove 2 1/2 hours, everyone was nice and professional. Amy did my blowout, she was very knowledgeable about hair and maintenance. Also trimmed my hair, and showed me first how much and where to cut. Brady offered different deep conditioning options best for my hair and very professional. Will continue to return.

I went in with high expectations, because the reviews seemed good. I asked for a light trim, long layers and V shape. I ended up not getting what i asked for, and when i asked the stylist to correct it, she did not know what to do. My hair is short and still choppy after her “fixing it”.

Maria did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair. She did a deep condition, silk press, and trim in under 2 hours and her work was flawless. My total was $60 before tip which was more than fair. Will be a regular customer here from now on

This was first visit. I was in an out in less than 2 hrs. I had gray hair colored and blow out. I have course hair. My hair does not feel fried. Great service. I went to Amy who did a good job.

Decided to stop here on the way home from work. When I tell you they took my hair from ‘straight outta the bushes of Africa’ to silky fine ….. I was seen 5 minutes after I walked in. And only took an hour to get me straight . Mott o mention the prices were very reasonable . Highly recommend .

Definitely great service and atmosphere saw this place on a instagram ad. I will definitely be back . Amy was my stylist she is amazing and very professional. She did an amazing job to my hair. The owners are amazing. This place is definitely my new spot.

I knew the owner, Elayne from going to her salon in NYC. I’ve been going to Elayne in CLT for almost 10 years. She is reasonable, professional and friendly. I’ve had, Perms, Color, Roller set, Blowout and more. I’ve always been satisfied with the results.

First time I had a great experience, but I decided to try again please if you are black go with caution!!! They broke my hair off and ruined my curl pattern I had to do a big chop on my hair in a matter of 3 session I went from healthy hair to no hair!!! Too much heat, and no experience with black hair!

Fanny did my hair and I love it! She trimmed my split ends and shampooed it so well. Using special shampoo to treat my dry scalp. I received deep conditioning. I drove an hour on a Saturday. A 3 hour visit. But if it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t return…. Only place that I trust WITH MY HAIR!

If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted to get my split ends trimmed and my hair evened out and they cut almost all of it off.

Solanye is absolutely amazing! She really gives my hair that TLC that it needs. She had done my highlights back in December of 2023 and they still look amazing even with the new growth and I recently saw her early June for a deep conditioning, silk press, and trim. Such an amazing stylist. Everyone In general is so sweet and very family welcoming. MWAH!!!
