I went in for a hair cut as I saw they had really great reviews and is local. I’m new to the area. I asked for a haircut and They walked me to the back and washed my hair and put rollers and put me under the hair drying chair. Mind you I have naturally straight hair. I was under the hair dryer for about 40 minutes and the only reason I got out was because it got to hot and felt like I was going to pass out. I waited my turn , I showed them the video of the cut I’d like. They placed the cape on me but wasn’t even put on correctly, they put the short part of the cape towards the front. Then they continued to blow dry my hair , cut and gave me a blow out. I left with a bunch of hairs all over my pants and shirt . The hair cut is not even close to what I asked for not one bit, it looks super botched. I’m really disappointed, I hardly cut my hair and had the worst experience ever. If they don’t work with my type of hair why would they take me in. I came home and showered and my hair smelled like burnt hair and even shampooed twice. Now that it’s dry the smell Is still unbearable. My hair is most definitely damaged from excessive heat. I am so so disappointed, my hair takes years to grow out and am just so disappointed in the service. Please save yourself from the disappointment.

I found Dominican Beauty Salon by Angie on Google three weeks ago. She did a wonderful job with my hair. My hair is still straight. She is very professional and nice. Also, Elise shampoo my hair very nice. These two ladies are very professional. I going today to get my hair done again. I had so many compliments on hair. Staff and parents were asking me is it a silk press? When I told them no that I got a Botox treatment they were like wow! Some said I need to get my hair done like that. I will tell you this the Botox treatment is better on my hair than any perms will ever be. Thank you Angie my new hair stylist 😊

This was my first time going to a dominican hair salon in Texas and Angie did not disappoint ! I will definitely be back. From the shampoo bowl , to the salon chair the experience was great. My hair blows in the wind ! Thank you tick toc for helping me find this salon.

I called Sunday morning and they allowed me to come in the same day as a walk in-appointment. The ladies were so sweet and gentle with my hair. The shop was very clean as well. My hair was an absolute birds nest when I came in to the shop and Angie performed a miracle on my hair! lol Thank you so much Angie! My hair is so silky and beautiful. I absolutely love my blowout! I was also so surprised by how affordable they are! Im so happy i’ve finally found a salon I can make my permanent salon. 🩷
