A lot of my hair came out just from a wash & blow dry. My hair is extremely thin now. Then I asked them to trim my ends & I now have a bob. My hair was past my shoulders now it’s above & I did not need all of that cut off. Thank God my hair grows back fast so I’m not too upset but this is just ridiculous

I am editing my review because now I like to see Ephraim he knows his color and has great skills in hair straightening technique and a big plus is that he speaks English. And very friendly. He follows directions and is gentle. I love him. 💕

If you have natural black hair, do not come here often, yes the hair looks good for a while but it is damaging. There is LOTS of heat being used. The blow drying is cranked all the way up. My sister had to have her hair washed twice, by a different person as they didn’t do it correctly. This place is perfect…..if you are one of them.

Called for availability after work on a Friday. They don’t make reservations, it is walk-ins only. It worked for me. Dianna greeted me right away and let me know she would be my stylist. I got a blow out and trim. Very fast. Did not burn my skin or scalp with blow dryer and listened to which products I wanted and didn’t want in my hair. In and out is how I like it. A solid experience.

Everyone keep contacting the state board of cosmetology and file a complaint . They use perm in shampoo. Me & alot of others have been dealing with hair fall and emotional distress

I have been coming to this location for years. And today will be my last visit! For anyone looking to come here make sure you ask how much is your service gonna be before you sit down and also make sure you ask another three times after. I asked how much was my service and I was told one price and by the time I was done my price went up another $20 they will change the price on you so make sure you keep asking. I normally don’t have an issue but today was horrible. Not to mention I normally tip good so instead of tipping them they stole their own tips! Never will I return! I was charged $20 for clip ends so if you can clip your ends before coming do that! I left out calm because I know they lost a good tipping loyal customer! My service will be else where.

They use perm on their shampoo!! Blonde hair Lady does not care for your hair health ! Terrible way to handle someone’s head ln such manner . My hair is falling in chunks . Do not recommend Everyone that can help please keep contacting the state board of cosmetology!!! They have to be stopped !

I was looking for someone to give me a simple shampoo /blow dry/straightened....i called they stayed open until 7pm...i was in/out within 1hr...i didn't need anything extra... Kathy was my stylist for the day...i will go back to her... The blow dryer wasnt extra hot like other Dominican salons...i didn't have to hold my ears from burning...etc.. I went on a Tuesday afternoon...so it was crowded at all.. The salon was very clean and modern

I went one time for a simple wash and trim of my dead ends. whatever perm they use in the shampoo they do not tell you about!! 3 weeks later my hair has literally been falling out!! I knew something was wrong because I have curly hair and after I washed it, it was still straight. Here’s an after I washed it & conditioned it. Then after I blow dried it.

If you’re looking to go blonde this is not the salon to choose. They will milk you into coming every 3months for boaster treatments because they’re incapable of doing their job! I came in for a root touch up “my hair is already blonde” and they made my roots light brown and had the audacity To rudely say “go to another salon if you don’t like it” completely disrespected me just because i didn’t get the correct style I asked for! I still paid for what was done to my hair even though I didn’t get what I asked for. They were drinking alcohol, beers/shots & there was also a strong smell of marijuana in the salon as well. I’m not sure if this contributed to the unprofessionalism of the owner and employees. These people are a bunch of rude alcoholic hairstylists. Not to mention they down talk every customer who doesn’t know Spanish. This unsuccessful process took over 6hrs or more. ( just for roots!) This was my second incorrect hair color experience at this shop and my final. I only choose to go back because the only thing they are actually good at is cutting hair but I should’ve never came back! DISGUSTING!
