I did my hair here two weeks ago. I asked for a blow dry & iron with a hair mask. I noticed my hair looked even worse with the hair mask. My hair stylist even told the owner “look what happened” in Spanish bc they thought I didn’t speak Spanish or would understand. So much of my hair fell out. I have bald spots in my head. Till this day I have the largest clumps of hair coming out every time I brush or wash it. It’s ridiculous. My hair was extremely healthy and shined so much prior to this. I would definitely recommend not getting any type of treatment or mask at this salon. Dominicans are known for putting relaxers in the conditioner that way it can come out smoother.

Amo como me dejan el cabello rosa y margarita son las encargadas de hacer mi cabello y de verdad que me encanta siempre me reciben con un café o un té ☕️ es mi lugar favorito a eso agrégale que son dominicanas 🇩🇴 así que el secado definitivamente te va durar si estás en Miami tienes que hacerte el cabello con ellas Gracias chicas son las mejores ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love going to this hair salon. They wash your hair nicely and so far I have had different hair stylists and all of them have done a great job. I really like that many times I go without appointment and the waiting time is almost none. The prices are also reasonable considering the quality of the work. If you are looking for a good Dominican blow dry, this is your place.

I have been going to Rosa for over 10 years and I highly recommend her. My daughter has very curly, long thick hair and Rosa is the only person that can straighten it and it lasts for more than a week. I love getting my hair done here. Thanks Rosa for always making my hair look and feel so amazing 🥰

This salon is top notch! I could not live with out this salon. The stylist here cater to your needs: I am honored to have the owner Rosa do my hair . She treats me like family ! Most importantly she is so detailed about the treatment of my hair ! The prices here are reasonable and worth every last penny ! If you want your hair shinny and beautiful this is the place to visit ! I’m a forever client !

Me atendió una señora llamada Ana o Anny, muy irrespetuosa. Desde antes de lavar mi cabello empezó con sus comentarios despectivos como “moño malo” y “Cacata” haciendo sus chistes de mal gusto que solo le daban risa a ella. Le dije dos veces que no me pusiera el tratamiento y aún así lo hizo, terminé pagando $15 dólares por algo que NO quería y que NO pedí. Empezó a insistir en que tenía que cortarme el pelo, usted como estilista da una recomendación ya la clienta decide si quiere. Al final me lo corto porque ella es la que sabe :) $30 dólares por algo que tampoco pedí. Muy irrespetuosa y poco profesional. El salón es muy bonito y muy buen ambiente, no puedo decir que fue mal solo por una persona pero se notaba lo incómoda que estaba y nadie tampoco intervino. En fin, si su pelo es malo como el mío o cacata’ le recomiendo arreglarse con una de las demás chicas. Y para finalizar, ella tiene el descaro de decirme que le envie la propina por Zelle, insistiendo sin ni siquiera haber terminado de arreglarme.

I’ve been here 4 times. First time was okay, I was unimpressed with the trim. The next few times I came it was terrible. Ignore the signs on the door and the hours online. They make up the times they are open. One time they said they were closed at 5pm when I got there after work and the door said 8pm. Another time, they said they would do my hair and not my friends hair, and when my friend came back another day they refused to his hair again. Today was the last straw, I came again at 4:30. Sign in the door closes at 6pm. When I arrived they said they had closed already, there were about 3 other women getting there hair done. I just walked out. I’m convinced they don’t like doing black woman’s hair. DO NOT COME HERE, SERVICE SUCKS.

La Peluquera Josefina no es nada profesional, quiere quedar bien con todas la clientas y no se puede trabajar asi,le llegan tres clientas y yo que llegue con mis hijas primero que las otras clientas viene a dejarme de ultimo porque las va hacer a ellas primero y hasta me dijo que le lavara la cabeza a mi hija mientras ella hace un blower para eso le hago yo el pelo a mi hija en mi casa y no es la primera vez que me lo hace a mi y se dice que es mi amiga.
