After trying other salons in this area, I choose to get my hair done at this salon. I have been a customer for a little over two years. They are good with protecting and styling natural hair. Their customer has improved immensely. I prefer for Juan or Maribel to do my hair.

I always walked out satisfied with the results. Since I started coming to this salon my hair became healthier, thicker and shinier. They use good products, do not overheat the hair and are truly professionals. I recommend it.

I have been getting my hair blown out by them for years and decided to trust them for a color on my hair as well as my daughters. My color turned out perfect to the eye but after washing my hair my hair had broken off in patches from being over processed. It’s broken off in sections throughout my hair.. My hair is natural with no other chemicals so there were no previous hair issues that would cause this type of breakage. Blow-outs are fine just be careful whose chair you sit in for a color.

The best place to get my hair done. I always adore the results! Maribel is an excellent professional when caring for my hair. She is a wonder worker with coloring, cutting, styling, and so much more! Everyone that fixes hair there does it excellently! Recommended! It is definitely worth the visit!

Upon arriving, I signed in and waited for my name to be called. When it was my turn, my hair was washed, and I noticed a strong chemical smell (later identified as keratin, I didn’t ask for that as I’m natural). Initially, I thought it might be a new shampoo. My scalp started burning, so they washed it out, then brushed my hair roughly and put it in rollers. I spent two hours under the dryer while others who arrived after me were served first. Finally, as the last person, I got in the chair, and they set the flat iron to the highest heat, damaging my hair. My hair was to my shoulder blades and they cut it to the bottom of my neck. AFTER I TOLD THEM NO. I HATE this place and believe it should be shut down. I’ve attached a picture of my hair right after the appointment. Oh and I washed my hair A MONTH after and my hair smelled like the chemical the put on my hair WITHOUT my knowledge; my curl pattern didn’t even come back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Estoy de vacaciones en EEUU y en mi paso por Columbia buscando un salón para peinar mi cabello super maltratado, con canas y manchado he llegado sin querer a esta peluquería, el joven que atiende me.puso el color y luego la chica rubia me peino estuve unas cuantas horas pero valió la pena, excelente trabajo. Les muestro más o menos como lo tenía.

Definitely not using the same products or something the last time I went I had to put my scarf on in the car it was terrible...use to be the best spot and I always felt like I was home(NY) not no mo'😩🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️Neva going back

I have very thick course hair!The lady that did a horrible job on my hair she let water run in my ears & ended up with an ear infection in both ears.My hair look worse than it did when I went it!I don’t recommend no one to ever go to this place.The staff is not friendly.70$ I wasted!!!

Worst Dominican salon I’ve ever been to. They told me one price over the phone and another price inside. My hair was not done correctly. The owner & her husband physically attacked me and called the police on me. I do not recommend this place at all. 0 STARS

Arrived 10:35 am waited about 30 minutes sat under dryer two times a steamer then a regular dryer waited once dry went to chair until 4:00 pm for a 30 minute blowout never again. Would not recommend

I came here in hopes of finding a new Dominican hair salon, at first my hair looked really good after a wash and set. But after a few weeks, I noticed my hair wouldn’t puff up from the steam in the shower. When I went to wash my hair, my hair was coming out by the strand!!!!! In clumps !!!! I do not recommend this salon AT ALL , this has NEVER happened to me before and I am DEVASTATED seeing that I have to potentially CUT MY HAIR 🥺 worst experience ever.

Post COVID...the salon is so clean. They wipe down after every customer...the chairs, the shampoo area, etc. They are kind and patient with my daughter.

Super long wait. They only have one person doing blowouts. Expect to be there a minimum of 3 hours. Long process

The service I got today on my niece's hair was horrible. I asked for a blowout and the starting rate was $45 after they were done they charged us $60 because " her hair was too thick". When we saw the result we were upset because it wasn't $60 worth of work at all. I do not think if you have a mixed child you should bring them here.

This establishment is very unprofessional. I sat there for two hours when I got into the chair. The man proceeded to pull my hair and comb it hard so I said to him allow me to comb my own hair because it’s thick. He immediately stopped and went to the next client and to wash her hair and I said how can you skip me and I have been here 2 1/2 hours.Due to the language barrier I called my friend and told her yo explain to her in Spanish what just took place the blonde hair lady said well she have attitude. I’m sorry my accent intimidates you and you refused my hair. You never know who’s sitting in your chair and as another business owner I would never handle my clients like that first and last time visiting this place. I don’t recommend anyone else go there either if this is how you handle those who come to spend their money.

The blond lady with the fake butt combed all my hair out when I asked her to stop she removed the towel so I could get soaked .then proceeds to lock me in because I wouldn't give her the towel back when it's freezing outside and my whole outfit soaked down the back smh if u didn't wanna work today u should have stayed home
