I was here about a month ago. Came for a haircut. My hair was cut by owner. She did a great job. A week ago came back to get a Brazilian blowout for the first time, I have never done one. Super impress with the outcome. My hair looks awesome. Today I am here to get my hair colored as have high lights but had some white hair, I could not hide. Super happy with outcome. I recommend the place. The staff are polite and courteous, place is clean. I have never left unhappy from here. I am here from Texas, have tried other locations, but service and price is better here. I recommend the location and all services they offer. The pictures show my hair now. My hair naturally is super curly, but not anymore.

The lady was very rude and talked very badly about me in Spanish, not knowing that I understand and speak Spanish. I will never go back there again.

*** This place deserves a Zero the owner is rude and don’t know how to do a blowout. She hired a new girl and she made me and the new hire feel very uncomfortable. The new hire was doing a good job the owner kept coming over telling her to do this an that…. My hair is still straight and she did it April 12 2024….I tipped the new hire because she spoke English and she did a good job on my hair. Just don’t go here it’s a waste of time

I understand if you do not provide a service a customer came in requesting for a detangler and deep condition, and they turn to say no. I will not do her hair instead of saying, I do not provide the service, and then turned to themselves, and started speaking in Spanish unknowingly that the young lady spoke in Spanish as well, and turned to her mother and let her know that they were, indeed making fun of the young lady who is 14 years old and I think that is so distasteful and unprofessional as a salon, owner and coworker to do such a thing to a child and her mother I do not suggest anyone go to this salon, very unprofessional, very unpleased with their services !!!!

They were rude and completely unprofessional and made of me and my daughter as we were leaving not knowing understood what they were saying I will never referral this place to anyone . We came there for help not to be embarrassed and ashamed

Arrived at 12:22 don’t leave out until 6:36pm that evening. The lady at the first booth was rough on my daughters hair from the beginning to the end. She laughed every time my daughter would tell me that it was hurting. The lady kept dropping the hair supplies (combs, and clips) on the floor and continued to use products from off the floor on my child’s hair. They upped the price at the end after they quoted me a different amount at the beginning. My daughters final look wasn’t silky nor smooth. I took my child straight to another Dominican salon. Thank God the other stylist was able to fix my daughters hair properly and professional. Never again will we go back to this place. Terrible terrible terrible

Don’t go here, they put relaxer in my hair. Every time I comb my hair a bunch comes out. Would give a zero if I could.

Went in for haircolor and straight hair with curls. Color did beautifully, curls came out the next day and my natural curly hair went back from straight in a matter of a day. Paid nicely for what l wanted, didn't get what l asked for

Would not recommend! Waited in the store over 30 mins before even being acknowledged and when I was finally acknowledged, she had an attitude and told me to come back another day, hence the sign saying walk in’ available. Not to mention, before I even went into the store, i called the number and they told me to come in they have room. I would never go back or recommend.

I got a keratin treatment a week ago on a Thursday. The customer service sucked! But my hair turned out great. Fast forward to today. I arrived with a coworker at 10 and it is now 3:10 and I am still waiting to be serviced. If my hair weren’t already wash and in rollers I would’ve left long ago! Unless you have ALL day to wait and don’t mind poor customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND you waste your time here. You would think simple social Que’s like saying hello, or to have someone providing you with understanding after a 45 minute- hour long service that has now taken them 5 hours to administer. I am literally writing this review while continuing to patiently wait with several others that have been here equally as long if not longer! There are lots of people an places that can do the same things for less and with way more professionalism. Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. **FYI -- This review is a few months old. I went in to edit my review. But I still stand behind every word. One of their best stylist now has her own salon on Wendover! I recommend you check her out! Super sweet lady!

Unprofessional I drove 20 minutes to their salon. After I called and the lady on the phone says come before 5pm. It’s 4:30pm I’m told oh we not taking no one else. We took our last customer. They don’t care!!!!!

Very Unsanitized . They do not clean their utensils between clients. .I had to request the stylist to get a clean comb before starting on my hair. She got offended with a great attitude. Too many non clients hanging around in the salon. The end result of my blowout and style was a HOT MESS. I felt unclean when I left that place. Very Dissatisfied NEVER AGAIN
