The receptionist was so sweet, kind and attentive. Kylie was so helpful and honest about receiving my desired look. These two made it such a lovely establishment, and I’m so glad there was a receptionist who was patient and helpful with me as I was nervous to navigate this new process.

Esthetician Diana is incredible! I've been having Velashape sessions here and the pricing and treatments are great. I would 100% recommend coming to this salon. Very clean, up to date equipment, and friendly staff. Only salon I've ever been to where it is a full med spa and salon all in one place.

I got lip fillers here in August 2022 during a special, and I’ll never return. Two years later, I’m stuck with uneven, lumpy filler on my top lip that never went away, despite following all aftercare instructions from the nurse injector, Alice Sanchez (who doesn’t even work there anymore). When I reached out to get their filler dissolved, they wanted to charge me $100! Right after the procedure, my lips were huge, red, and unflattering. Even the injector didn’t post photos of her work, which spoke volumes. This place feels more focused on money than quality—don’t be fooled by their specials!

This business operates unethically and will steal your money while gaslighting you. Two years ago, I took advantage of a filler promotion and, at checkout, asked if I could pre-purchase an additional syringe at the same discounted price to use later. The staff assured me that I could redeem it anytime. Recently, I returned for a Botox treatment and casually confirmed that my prepaid syringe was still on my account. They acknowledged that it was. However, I stopped getting filler so I called to see if I could either transfer the syringe to a friend or receive a refund, as I had paid for a product and service I never used. At that point, they suddenly denied that I had ever purchased an extra syringe. When I asked to speak with a manager, she was extremely unprofessional—she was raising her voice as me, and said “you better never call my business and threaten me..” because I said if they can’t honor my refund I will leave a bad review. She said she would “look into it” and get back to me within 48 hours, then abruptly hung up before I could respond. Losing a customer and earning a negative review over $240 is beyond ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs. This review will stay up until this business decides to remedy the situation.

Diana is a great injector! I had never had any work done before and was a little nervous. She educated me on the whole process and provided her expertise as far as where the filler should be placed. I am so happy with my results!! I just wish I had gotten a full syringe instead of a half. But now I get to go back.

I have been seeing Diana now for a few years since I moved to TX from AZ. She is an amazing injector and very skilled at what she does. I didn’t think I would find someone as good as my girl in AZ but I was wrong. I took my time to look through lots of injectors and their work before picking Diana and so glad I did. If you go here, get your service done with Kylie the injector and Jessica the laser technician! They both take time to talk to you and individualize your treatment plan. They are both knowledgeable about what they are doing and know how to target areas to get the best results or know what services need to be done . They are both very kind and personable. It was my first time getting Botox and laser. They made the whole experience wonderful. They don’t pressure you to do more than you budgeted for or need done. And the results that I was given from there services as well as their words of encouragement have given me confidence. They both take pride in their work and truly care about your results. I learned about Dominion MedSpa & Salon from a couple of friends. Given the horror stories I've heard about fillers, I was quite hesitant to try it myself. However, I scheduled a consultation with Kylie, where we talked about my goals and I shared some inspiration photos. She suggested starting with half a syringe, assuring me that I could always add more later if I wanted. I'm thrilled with the results and glad I opted for just half to begin with.
