Best spa I ever went to. Very professional. I am usualy really picky with my skin care and I am not an easy client with any professional touching my face. Dona made my skin glow, so I couldn’t resist leaving her a *glowing* review. I have sensitive skin and several health conditions, and I had never gotten a facial before. Dona was referred to me by a friend and I’m so glad she was. Dona is incredibly thorough, scheduling a consultation up front to determine my specific & unique needs as well as the best product options for me. I REALLY appreciated that she was willing to work with me, financially, as I have relatively low income. She picked just the services I need, and is incredibly accommodating in terms of budget (and encourages you to try before you buy!). Overall it was a relaxing and restorative session in her beautifully decorated spa. My skin was quite literally hydrated and glowing when I left her office, and the difference was instantly noticeable. Additionally, the products she recommended that I try have truly upped my skin care game - they keep my skin clear and hydrated, and they are so light-weight I often forget I’m even wearing anything on my face. I am not exaggerating when I say my skin has never looked this good, and I truly can’t wait for my next appointment with her!! Thank you, Dona! <3

I absolutely love my monthly facials with Dona! I get the ultimate Donna Bella, and I am truly impressed with how I have shed my dull complexion. My skin now glows! I often get compliments on how great I look and that I look even younger now than before Covid! Her products are fantastic and she is always taking classes and introducing new products and services. She will even custom make a foundation for you – how cool is it to have a foundation that perfectly complements your skin tone! I can’t wait to try her soon to be available multi sensory relaxation room.

I have been going to Dona for the past almost 3 years for waxes and she does a phenomenal job. Dona truly cares about each one of her clients and I’ve never left an appointment without a smile on my face. Dona is incredibly friendly and personable and gives efficient and painless waxes at a reasonable cost! I would recommend anyone thinking about Dona Bella Spa give it a try. I received a birthday gift to visit Dona Bella Spa and as excited as I was, after a week of my facial appointment my acne started to severely flare up (badly). As a Santa Barbara local my goal is to support our small business owners however as a customer we shall have reciprocated service. I want to share this experience for new customers and to warn you to make sure you request testers of any products before purchasing because this will be non-refundable regardless the circumstance, be fully aware of the products being used during the facial to ensure of any sensitivity or countereffect to your skin and to ensure the sanitation of facial tools being utilized. I understand that as a small business owner there are policy and guidelines however the stressful and upsetting experience I encountered of having to visit a dermatologist and be prescribed medication goes to show the severity of the issue. There was no follow up to the issue, I felt like once I addressed my concern the level of customer service declined and made me even more upset. I believe that the least that could have been done was to do right by your customer and offer additional solutions. I hope this helps new customers when scheduling appointments for new services.

Dona is amazing! I've been getting waxed here for about a year now and she is so sweet and caring, amazingly efficient and so willing to work with your schedule! I'm a student so I love that she has a 3 month wax package deal where I can pay for 3 months at once and get a discount/not worry about having to call and schedule all the time.

Dona’s spa was warm and inviting, as was she! Dona also was considerate of Covid practices. I got a Brazilian wax and she was done in what felt like 10 minutes! She gave me a blend of essential oils to soothe the skin afterwards that smelled delish. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

I did a virtual facial with Dona and it was wonderful! I have never done a facial on myself and I didn't think I could. However, Dona reassured me that this would be a simple facial that anyone could do on their own but using "world class products" and she did NOT disappointment. My skin felt like silk at the end and even the next morning. I kept having to remind myself not too touch. Dona has made it her mission and passion to incorporate meditation and journaling into her facial experiences which is unlike anything else I have ever experienced. The best part of it all is that it is VIRTUAL! I am here in New Jersey and received 5+ star treatment from across the country! I will absolutely be booking again and referring family and friends!

I did my first ever virtual facial with Dona and wow, what an amazing experience! Dona is not only super easy going, but she is so knowledgeable about skincare. I felt very comfortable meeting with her over zoom for our first consult and the actual facial blew my mind. She walked me through each part of the facial but would break in between for meditation and journaling. That truly was an amazing experience that I would recommend for everyone!! She has also been very easy to reach with additional questions and I look forward to continue working with her more in the future!

I love Dona Bella spa!!! I started going here a while ago, early college years. I never really had skin problems other than the occasional hormonal break out until I turned 22. I went through some stressful work changes and my skin showed every bit of stress I was going through in the for of horrible acne. I was devastated. Dona told me not to worry and with patience and time she would be able to clear my skin. I was so skeptical BUT SHE FIXED MY SKIN!!! It was like a miracle! She told me to be patient and trust the process and that’s what I did and she helped my face so much. I am SO thankful for Dona and her passion for skincare and health over all. I highly recommend seeing her. She once told me that skin care is an investment in yourself and I truly believe that. Thank you Dona!!! For everything!!!

I originally went to Dona about three years ago, after I saw a Groupon for waxing. She is super quick, is good at keeping the conversation going if you need a distraction, and uses her own blend of calming oil for immediately after - all of which makes the experience as painless as possible. About a year and a half ago, I started getting facials with Dona. At first I did them only sporadically, and did only the more basic ones. But as time went on and tried out various add-ons, and time, I started to see a real difference. Now I go monthly for the Premiere Montecito facial. I used to have problems with dry skin and eczema every winter... but not now! Seriously! Back in December, I started to get a red, flaky patch above my eye, but I followed Dona's recommendations and used a higher-quality moisturizer and serum at home, and it went away within a couple of days. I also get compliments on my skin all the time. The full oxygen treatment really helps my skin stay hydrated, and the micro-current makes my skin look tighter and my cheekbones stand out. (The very first time I tried it, someone asked me a couple days later if I had been losing weight. Nope! It was the facial!) What also sets Dona apart from other places is how personalized the experience is. She really takes the time to get to know clients and their needs, and will make personalized recommendations. She's not going to try to sell you on something if it's not going to benefit you. (I have very sensitive skin, so she always steers me away from the stronger enzymes, even if there's a special promotion.) I appreciate her honesty and her warmth. She's also always ready to learn new things so when a new machine or product comes to the market, you can bet that she'll be one of the first people in town to have it - and at a reasonable price. Lastly, I'd just add that her space is always super clean and comfortable. Whether you just want to relax and treat yourself, or whether you have a specific goal that you want to achieve for your skincare, I would highly recommend a visit to Dona Bella Spa.

Donna's Spa is the best in the town not just because of her great facials and waxing but also because of her diligent and awesome service. She is my regular aesthetician for the last 2 years and she not only helped me in getting rid of Adult Acne problem but she also improved the quality of my skin with her organic and chemical free facials. She is very involved with her Clients to resolve their skin related problems and always go out of her way to get the best skin results.

Such a warm and inviting atmosphere to not only walk into but Dona also greets you with such a bright smile and friendliness. It feels more like a small personal spa.
