Just did my Hair cut and rebond and I am pleased with the result. Heather the lady who took care of my hair. She is good and explained to me everything. Went to the place early after worked cause I know it gets busy as day goes on. My hair cut (layer's shoulder length) and Redondo cost $110 not bad compare to the salon that I went before it was 300 for rebond/ Japanese straight 😅.

Absolutely traumatic. She gave me really ugly uneven curtain bangs. The hush cut became choppy layers and she cut off way more than I asked. The hair-wash station was unhygienic, the wash was really aggressive and dirty. They got soap on my face and neck and everything. I asked for blue-black hair dye and after 2 washes, the roots were red-brown with gray streaks. The lady did not apologize or even acknowledge her incompetency. She kept blaming my hair for causing the streaking.

I’ve been coming to this place for years. I don’t do anything crazy, just a cut and hot oil with Tina. If I want to be adventurous then I’ll dye my whole head a different shade. As far as highlights or balayage, I would suggest to go elsewhere. If you want something basic for a cheap price, this is the place to go to.

Traumatic, I was asking for a light ash brown color. They gave me orange brassy color, I can do better work than they do. Don’t trust their crews, they’re clueless, inexperience.. my hair doesn’t have color prior to going there, but the lady did some roots first leave it and then continue to color the ends.. it was horrible.. bright orange, brassy.. geeeeeesus.. i was so stressed I have an event coming up.

Impressive skills by their staff at very reasonable and relatively cheaper rates. You have to be there early in the morning or late afternoon to avoid the big crowd of loyal customers. Covered valet parking available at the basement.

i always hang out whenever i want the practical price to cut my hair...great service...no downtime always busy...its worth your money...i never fail a visit when its time to color and cut my hair...impt is they use a color without bleach ...safe for customers...come and try...all of them knows to handle men and women hair style...

I recommended Kim to my Sister coz of my previous experiences, and I cant complain. And my sister is really happy about her highlights, she got a lot of compliments from her co workers. They are really pro in hair coloring, highlights, hair cuts, at an affordable price. You can never go wrong goin there and try their service. Excellent. I will definitely recommend this salon.

It is best that you come Tues thru Thursday to have you hair done. The prices are great so don't complain about the wait time or if they ask you to help blow dry your own hair. If you want the royal treatment go to another salon that is going to over charge you. Hair dyed, highlights, wash, cut and blow $65.00 You can't beat it.

Super tiny spot and they manage to fit ~15 people in there. Absolutely 0 regard for social distancing and definitely not following any health guidelines. Someone was done with their cut and they rushed to seat me right away, no disinfecting between customers. Customers who are getting their hair dyed are actually being seated outside on the public benches…pretty weird. The lady put a cape on me and left without saying a word. I waited for 5 minutes and decided to leave as I was feeling extremely uncomfortable.

Went to get hair done in layers. She cut way shorter then requested. She just cut wherever the comb would stop and it was left uneven. Didn't style after and she just took 15 minutes to do the "job". Horrible haircut
