I hate writing negative reviews, especially for places where I really thought I had found great service. However, I do feel it is important to hold businesses accountable for poor customer service. On 12/14, I visited this salon for a color/cut. This was my second visit. Over the holiday break, I noticed that my grays were showing sooner than usual, but since I was out of town and it was the holidays, I did not reach out to the salon. When I returned home, I called the salon the first day they were open on 1/7. At this point my hair is now just as gray as it was when I went in on 12/14, not even a month later. The woman I spoke with shared that there were notes that a lighter color was used on my hair, and the stylist had noted that they did not have the color to match my jet black hair. Unfortunately this was not shared with me during my visit. When I spend $100+ to get my hair colored, and my hair is unmistakably jet black, I trust that the salon has what they need; especially being that this was my second visit. I asked if I could come in to get it touched up, and she said that they would only fix it within 3 days. Not once did I ask or insinuate that I expected them to fix it for free. Some sort of discount or acknowledgement would have been nice though, being that the wrong color was used on my hair. Instead she said that they would make sure they had the right color ordered before my next appointment…very disappointed in my experience with this salon and will not be returning.

They totally accommodated me.. I scheduled an appointment had to cancel due to work commitments Asked at the last minute for an appointment and was late and still Andrea and the beautiful woman at the front desk were so accommodating !!! this is the best haircut I've had in years... Andrea took her time listen to what I wanted work with my hair will definitely be back to see Andrea My only ..not even a concern... I wish they would have emailed me a receipt I highly recommend Andrea but not if it takes my spot lol

I am leaving an awesome review on Lauren who is my hairdresser. I could not find anyone in the area who knows how to give a good haircut especially since I have short hair. I live near Marco Island and going to Lauren/ and Donna's hair studio is worth every mile. I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years now. It's funny how we met. I was in a restaurant with a friend and had seen a woman who's hair looked great. I went over to the woman and asked her "Do you mind telling me where do you go for your haircut". This woman also had a short hair style. I am so grateful for meeting that woman in a local restaurant. Thank you Lauren and Laura Lee for all your professionalism. My hair cut is perfect!!! My thanks to everyone. I would definitely recommend this salon. It's more than a 5 star hairsalon. 💯

I had my first haircut at Donna’s and they did such a good job! I saw many ladies doing highlights and color, now I’m thinking of trying highlights with my next haircut! Great friendly staff, nice environment, and good hair products! I recommend Donna’s to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their hair!

It starts with Debra and she is amazing. Very sweet and a great energy to be greeted by. I get my hair done by Delphine every 8 weeks or so and she is the first stylist I have gone to more than once. She gives the best advice and haircuts. I can easily trust her judgment and opinions when visiting. Great place I love it!!

I got a Brazilian blowout at Donnas Hair Studio six weeks ago. I was going on a cruise two weeks later and I thought that would be the ultimate test. The ultimate test passed with flying colors. The wind on the cruise is a constant blow all day and into the night and my hair held up fantastic. Delphine, who was my stylist, did an absolutely incredible job. She took her time with me, it was just a wonderful experience. Let's put it this way. My hair has been course, frizzy, unmanageable for all of my 57 years and now 2 1/2 months later it still looks wonderful. The compliments I received were so new to me. because I've never received compliments on my hair before. I will be going back four times a year and the price is absolutely worth it for me. Thank you Delphine, Donna, and everybody at my new hair studio. You have changed my life. And if this is my second review, it means that much to me!!

I have been trying for years to have blonde highlights and always came out bronze & orange. I gave up & decided to try one last time at Donnas Hair Salin & it was accomplished by Ruthy McNulty. I absolutely love my color & shag haircut. She took the time to run a test of bleaching techniques before doing entire hair. Such a professional stylist. Thank you I am so happy!

I known Donna for a long time. The first time I met her at my job about 10 years ago.We had an instant connection. I loved her personality, fashion style and everything about her. We became friends and I find out she is a hair stylist, so I started to go to her for a haircut. I'm very particular when it comes to my hair, I like unique funky sexy style. I gave her challenges every time and I absolutely love her work!!!! She is amazing!!!! Also all the ladies who works in the salon are fantastic!!!! I highly recommend Her and her staff if you looking for a best haircut and other services!!!!!

Outstanding customer Service. From beginning to end. When you arrive you are greeted with a smile and excellent customer care. My stylist Delphine was so kind and super gentle with my hair. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I got a Balayage and I Loved it. Will be returning soon and will recommend to anyone who needs a great professional hair stylist/salon.

Went to a beauty academy for simple root blend and they really did a number in my hair, I was ashamed of it. Started seeing Delphine and she did a deep conditioning treatment and then next visit some soft highlights all while making sure not to do any more damage to my hair. She’s def my new stylist.😌 middle is what she started with the last is after conditioning treatment, and first is after highlights.
