El lugar no es malo y tiene productos bastante pero las empleadas SII ,solo deben de mejorar eso con la atención al público para eso también hay que saber de ahí está que visiten su tienda del trato que proporcionen al cliente gracias

Terrible!! I’ve been here before and have loved the results of my hair until this Tuesday. I had long and damaged hair and decided to get a haircut to fix it. I showed the lady my picture and was excited for the cut. I specifically said to not add more hair to my bangs because they were fine but she continued to cut them and made them very uneven and short. She also cut my hair much shorter than I wanted to. Overall I do not mind the short hair but she did not do what I asked and she completely messed up my bangs. Not only that she was also very aggressive when blow drying my hair. When her coworker told her that my bangs were going to dry shorter she responded rudely by saying she doesn’t get involved in my job so I shouldn’t get involved. My hair looks awful thanks a lot 😄 (First picture is the picture I showed as inspo)( middle picture is the result) (and the last picture is my hair before the haircut)

If you’re not particular and are looking for cheap, this is the spot. Went in for waxing. Absolutely unprofessional. As I asked for the price, 2 workers made it up on the spot. The lady kept touching and pushing my head back because I couldn’t recline when she sat me una straight chair to do underarm waxing. She DOUBLE-DIPPED the whole time. Unacceptable and unsanitary. She had no proper waxing utensils. And while providing the service, she had to apply the wax over 3 times as she was being super cheap with the amount of wax she wanted to use on me. She has no training or technique whatsoever and refuses to let me know what a powder and a cream she applied were. In her words “secrets of the house”. The cream burns a lot and I had to wipe it off as I left the salon and as a conclusion: I’ve a half done, patchy waxing job. NOT WORTH IT.
