I love Double-O! I first went to the salon only to purchase products. After talking to Carly, I ended up scheduling a haircut, and she did an amazing job! I had a very challenging situation… she fixed everything, and my hair looks so beautiful! I’m really happy! She gave me a great haircut, and I learned a lot about styling, products, and my own hair. Carly is extremely knowledgeable, and shares her expertise with a smile and professionalism. I’m so glad I found Double-O and Carly. Thank you!😻

I’ve been going there for about 10 years. After looking for a good haircut and color for a long time I finally found it a Double O. They keep current on the latest techniques, products and have very creative imagination, even when you don’t have a clear idea of what you want. Plus it’s a lot of fun to go there! Highly recommended for women And Men. Thanks Double O!!!

I have been going to Carly for years and I won't go anywhere else. Carly understands my hair and understands what I want. She is flexible regarding my needs that day (hair wash or not, blow dry or air dry).

Went into Double -O Salon To get my hair thinned out a little bit and some kind of style to it because it was looking kind of bland and too puffy. My Hairstylist, Alexis, did a great job With my cut and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I love my new haircut! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this salon.

Amazing salon! Amazing stylists! I was so nervous to cut my hair because I’ve never cut more than and inch off my hair, but Guen made me feel super comfortable and modified the haircut to my liking! I will be back again!!

Carly is absolutely amazing! I only trust her with my hair, and my child’s hair. Every time, my hair grows out beautifully, and I am always beyond thrilled with the results. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else! (Made that mistake before and paid the price)

I’ve been coming for YEARS and Carly is amazing. I’m a woman of a color (half Black and Asian) with textured curly wavy hair and Carly knows how to handle curly hair of all types. The salon is clean and they play the best music as well. Carly rules!

I went to Sami because I became frustrated with covering grey hair. I wasn't happy with the distinct demarcation line between the light and dark hair that was showing within a week. Sami came up with a solution that helps the new grey blend naturally so recoloring is only needed every 4-5 weeks. In addition she gave me a much more flattering hair cut (better than I've had in decades), and she taught me how to bring out my curls. Her solutions are creative, beautifying and much more manageable. Plus, she's a really good, down-to-earth person. Highly recommended.

This is the place to get the hair you've always wanted. You definitely get your money's worth, especially if you include shampoo and conditioner. Ive had nothing but a positive experience here, and my hair is not easy to deal with since I have both tight and loose curls. I dont write comments about places often, mostly for selfish reasons. Lol. Seriously though, you may not know me, but go in and ask for Carly and you wont be disappointed... unless you don't know how to listen to a professional. I found Double O Salon on Google Maps. Only 11 minutes away from my house in Elysian Valley. Booked with Alexis and she was wonderful. Highly recommend. Haircut came out wonderful.

I was able to book a last minute appt with Goldie today and I’m so glad I did!! The salon was cute, clean and professional. My hair was so long, dry and hard to manage but Goldie gave my hair so much life. I’m so happy - she gave me exactly what I wanted! She even gave me so many tips and educated me on how to better care for my hair. I can’t recommend Goldie and this salon enough. I left feeling cute and confident. 🥰

A few weeks ago I got a terrible haircut at a different salon and I’m so glad I found this one because as soon as I met Goldie she was happy to help and excited about fixing my hair. She explained what was wrong with my original haircut and explained in detail what she would do to make it look good. She did an incredible job! I went back and she added some highlights and my hair looks great! So happy I found this place and so happy I met Goldie. I am definitely going back!

Guenevere is one of the best stylist and colorist in LA. She’s a master at her craft, keeps up with styles and knows what to do to make you look beautiful. I always get tons of compliments on my hair. Double O salon also has a cool, eclectic, yet relaxing vibe. It’s just the best!!

This salon is a must check out, the environment is fun and clean but most importantly the customer service is amazing. Changed my look completely from an outgrown balayage to a more natural color. I was amazed, GOLDIE did a Fantastic job took my idea and hers and created a work of art!! I will be back, I am absolutely satisfied. Carly is the best haircutter ever. I’ve been going to her for over a decade. I have curly hair and she gives me like three cuts in one because my hair acts different all over my head. Recently, I’ve been doing my hair straight because I dye it lavender and she cuts it perfectly every time.
