Arrived for appointment on time, door close. Website provides 2 numbers,no answer. One of the phone has a voicemail you can barely hear clearly and prompting you to text another number. This place unprofessional. To much of a hassle to get through and website misleading on hours of operation.

This place should be shut down!! I don't understand why they are still open!! I wish I could leave a star that is less than 1. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in a long time. I purchased a Groupon voucher for this service at the merchant. I went on their website and made an appointment, which was confirmed with an email. Today was the appointment which was carded for 11am. I left Brooklyn and took the train all the way down to Manhattan only to be told by these people that I do not have an appointment. Even after I sent the screenshot of my email, this lady said I do not have an appointment. When I left the building, they sent an email canceling the first appointment. I spoke to the lady (she sounded african), who told me that she didn't send an email, the computer did. This is unprofessionalism at its best!! I left Manhattan without a facial and a Groupon voucher that I would never use because I REFUSE to go back to that place! Do not waste your time.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Great experience, Amazing staff, very reasonable pricing. They offer a wide variety of services and everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I was there and the lady at the reception was very rude, she told me that my skin was yellow and that she could only work on white skin, I don't know why they don't specify that before, so one wouldn't waste time going there and it would be avoided It was a bad time to talk to such a rude person. I also think I was lucky, according to the comments, it was better not to have any procedures done in this place.

Absolutely not lol. I called their number and was directed to call someone else. I spoke with that employee and she was so rude. I tried to schedule an appointment but she told me she was busy and hung up on me lol I automatically requested a refund from Groupon.

I came to lana for botox & she was very informative. The procedure went smooth and the results are amazing. She also explained the proper steps to help make my face more symmetrical without having to overcharge or persuade me to buy more. I definitely recommend if you want a consistent aesthetician. She is definitely the one to go to ! #Leo

I came to the spa for colon hydrotherapy and my experience has been pleasant, Tatiana is very professional and respectful. My appointments have been on time. In addition, I used lipotropic shot and her hand is so soft, I don’t feel any pain at all.

Lana is awesome! Had my Botox couple weeks ago and needed to get a touch up ( I had this happen to me before somewhere else as well) - I walked in today and Lana had no hesitation to take care of me. Will be back!

This business doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I tried making an appointment for last week, Friday. However, the technician stated that she wouldn’t be available & couldn’t vouch for any other technician. So with that said, l confirmed with her for today Wednesday 08/09 @11:00am. And because l value other people’s time as well as mine, l arrived early. The location was easy to get to. I had coffee. I arrived @ 10:40a. The sign on the door requested one wears a mask. I put on my mask. I knocked, no answer. It’s still early. Perhaps she’s with a client. I call to let her know l was @ the door. No answer. I waited. The office number says 204. Online reads 203. A young lady you came out of 203 was in the Ladies room. I asked if she was the technician, no I am not. She explained that this happens every week. The morning appointments always have a problem. She stood with me waiting while l called the main number. The woman said she was sorry but she was in Connecticut & for me to keep calling, maybe she’s on the train. Meanwhile, no phone call nor message. Absolutely nothing. I left after 11:00a. I left a message with the security guard just in case she asked if any clients had arrived. I called her this afternoon adding insult to injury she claimed she was there. Please people don’t waste your time nor money. Especially your time. This person said l could expect the best service if l chose her. She doesn’t know what the word professional means. The universe saved me from having this person’s hands touch my face. DON’T USE THEM! You all know the saying cheap comes out expensive. I can’t get back my Wednesday morning.

Went in for botox and filler here and had the worst experience imaginable. They do not help you feel comfortable and seem to have very little skill / knowledge. The entire time you feel like you are getting yelled at or something is wrong. I woke up the next morning and my eye was very swollen from the cheek filler so I went to the doctor the next day to get it dissolved. Please do not go here. I should have read these other reviews before making my appointment. Don’t make the same mistake.

Amazing experience! I have been coming here for services for over 3 years now and Tatyana took care of me very well. I have been received IPL and the results were phenomenal, it does takes time to see … there are things you need to do after the procedure, of course, to reduce irritation and it does goes away within a few hours. After all, it’s a type of laser facial… The price is right and the care I received were great.

I did hydrocolon therapy and it was a pleasant experience. I called to cancel my next appt cuz I couldn't do it and they were sooooooo rude on the phone...I'll never ever go back here. do yourself a favor and avoid avoid avoid if you don't want someone yelling on the phone

I like DowntownCitySpa. All staff are very professional I DID FOTOFACIAL andTANIA told me about possible complications.and recommended that treatment for my skin. I did Botox with Lana and photo facials with Tania All results are amazing .I DEFENETLY will recommended that place to my friends

They burned and scarred my face. I came in one year ago for an IPL facial and they burned my face. Leaving me with inch wide dark stripes on my face and neck. Even after I said that it felt too hot and uncomfortable the woman assured me that there wasn't a reaction. After they insisted that I come back for micro needling. During the sessions another worker would insist that I purchase prescription creams from her for an additional $100 each. When I asked what the creams were so I could have my dermatologist prescribe the creams to me use. With my dermatologist I use my health insurance since now my face was badly wounded and scarred it's covered by my insurance as a medical necessity. But no she said "if you get those creams somewhere else we can't treat you". And rudely asked why I didn't tip the worker who SCARRED my face. With the help of my licensed dermatologist my skin has cleared up a lot. Still one year later my cheeks and neck are scarred. And it's still hard to look at myself in the mirror.
