Kelly and her team truly know their stuff – they are knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond to make every visit special. And Doris? An absolute gem! Her kindness and expertise makes all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top notch service and a wonderful experience!

I was really well taken care of at Downtown Faces. The staff was able to answer my questions and generally put me at ease. The biggest draw for me was the home-like setting . While I knew I was getting safe, sanitary care, I was appreciative that I wasn’t in an institutional environment. Supporting locally owned businesses is important to me so finding Downtown Faces let me spend my money with ease.

I had a horrible experience here with Kelly. I booked an appointment with Kelly to get fillers in my cheeks under my eyes. The filler was very painful & after I got the filler a hard bump developed on my right cheek under my eye. My eye started watering and itching. Six months later I am still under the care of an eye doctor and taking medications to stop the watering, itching, & burning of my right eye. I had to go back 4 times to see Kelly to have her dissolve the bump. 3 of those times she told me after I arrived at my appointment that she didn’t have the product in stock that she needed to dissolve the bump. She put saline in my cheeks under my eye instead to dissolve the bump, but it did not work. The bump remained, but the filler in my right cheek dissolved so now my right cheek is deformed and not even with my left cheek. My face now looks crooked and uneven. After the 4th attempt of her trying to fix the issue I told her I didn’t want her to touch my face anymore because she wasn’t able to solve the problem, and was actually making it worse. I asked for a refund and she agreed to refund me. After several attempts to get my refund from her she only gave me 1/3 of my money back. She was screaming at me and making me feel unsafe. It was extremely un-professional and I do not want to anyone else to go through what I went through with Kelly. It was very traumatic & my face is still uneven and I still have a bump under my eye and am on medications from an eye doctor. It is dangerous for Kelly to work on your face. This was my first time getting anything done to my face and I made the mistake of trusting her. Now my face is disfigured and I have medical problems with my right eye.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I could say I’m over reacting but unfortunately I am not. I have been going here for a few years and never had any issues however that’s not the case anymore! I went in for routine lip injections and filler was put into my face so I had a big lump between my upper lip and nose. I went back several times to have it come and she didn’t charge me however she acted annoyed she had to keep fixing it and the last time I went in she severely bruised me all over and still DID NOT CORRECT THEM! I will NEVER let anyone there touch my face. UPDATE: Responding to the below comment from Downtown Faces, I received no phone calls, text and or emails from anyone there. No one has reached out to me regarding my complaint other than the reply to my review. There must be a mistake or oversight in regards to a Downtown Faces staff member reaching out to call me. I do apologize if that is correct however I have had no missed calls or voicemails from anyone there. My phone number is still the same it has not changed so I’m not sure why I haven’t received any communication. As far as for me missing appointments I personally and no one on my behalf has has scheduled an appointment after the last completed follow up appointment. I was in tears at the last appointment expressing my gratitude for Kelly agreeing to fix the uneven injected filler for free until it was fixed. However upon doing so I was met with passive aggressive, hostility staff slamming things down on the table, breathing out heavily, No smiling, scowling towards me and so forth. Of course after that I did not make another appointment. The bruise information in the reply I’m familiar with and of course understand is normal and not something I would worry about however where I had previously been met with gentle treatment and cautious careful delicate injections were replaced with fast aggressive needle sticks. I understand that it can be frustrating that I had to come back several times for the correction of the misplaced filler in my face. However, it wasn’t my doing . It was an err on the staff members part. I would love a phone call from you if possible and would appreciate a resolve with empathy this time around of course. My lips are still very uneven. The amount of filler in my face placed unevenly has dissolved overtime like it does, however not all the way and every day I have to walk around with uneven lips and an odd mound of filler in my face below my nose and above my lips where it was never supposed to be placed at. The left side of my lips are full and the right side are completely flat. I look like TwoFaced from the Batman comics.

I have experienced the most amazing services here. April is such a joy and greets me and others with such kindness she has helped me so much in making me comfortable in the recovery time. Kelly is so awesome and really knows her profession . She has completely transformed my aging look to a fresh healthy one. Thank you so much ladies you're simply the BEST!

Kelly, RN, is a highly skilled professional . The treatments I have had with Kelly have helped to improve the overall texture and condition of my skin. IPL, microneedling, peels and threads administered by Kelly have all been wonderful and I will continue to return to Downtown Faces and highly recommend others to do the same.

I cannot express enough just how much I love this place. I had a Co2 laser treatment about 2 months ago and my skin is radiant. The down time is no joke on this treatment, plan a day or two at home as to no freak out everyone around you but it is absolutely worth it!! Today I ventured into pdo threads…life changing. Kelly is a wizard and made me look 10 years younger instantly. The down time varies from person to person but so far I have no bruising, no pain (just a little tiny bit on my left side) and minimal swelling. If you are on the fence about any of the more invasive offerings, rest assured that you are in good hands with the staff here. Can’t wait to go back😊

I appreciate the quality of care I receive each time I visit Downtown Faces. The staff & technicians are extremely welcoming and offer a relaxed & no-stress environment. I’ve been extremely satisfied with the results of my botox treatments and am grateful that they are willing to accommodate short notice appointments when possible & have you in and out without a long wait time (I don’t think I’ve ever sat to wait in the lobby). I found Downtown Faces in 2019 thru clients of mine. I was nervous to make the switch so I called and scheduled an appointment with Kelly the owner. When I first went in she did a thorough consultation and she created a plan to explain what would be most beneficial to what I was wanting to achieve. Here we are four years later. My skin looks better than it did four years ago. I have received PRP/PRF under eye treatments, Dysport, filler, PDO threads, small threads, IPL, Unicorn peel, and microneedling. I book every 12 weeks and am stunned by how great my skin looks. The front desk, April, is amazing. The decor is beautiful. I even hosted a party last year for clients and friends of mine because I can’t sing the praises enough of this team. I feel confident sending anyone to this team. I also have had services from Kim and she is amazing as well. If you are thinking about diving into medical procedures for anti-aging this is the place to go to. I've visited here in the past and have always had a positive experience. Today in particular I had a consultation which turned into a treatment. Kim E addressed some of my fears, was straightforward & put me at ease. I felt comfortable in her hands & appreciated her honesty. Cannot rave about this place enough. I have had experiences at other MedSpa's that were good, but this here was EXCEPTIONAL. Hands down the best of the best. My friend recommended them to me and I am so glad she did. Not only is the space beautiful and peaceful, everyone on staff is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. Kelly is an artist with the patience of a saint. I had about 100 neurotic questions that were answered over 2 visits patiently and with care. Everything was explained to me until I felt comfortable. The end results of the work are so stunning I couldn't believe it. True master of her craft! Highly recommend no matter where in Tucson you are, this is the real deal!!!

I LOVE Downtown Faces! I had a consultation a few months ago with Kim Endean, the Aesthetician RN, to see if I would be a good candidate for injectables and after a great conversation, she honed in on exactly which one would be best for me and I booked an appointment then. I went back for Dysport a few days later and loved my results. I am now on my 2nd round. The vibe of Downtown Faces is great, and everyone from the front desk to the injectors are lovely!
